This has been done before back in the day, but it kind of failed.  Try again...

So I have seen a bunch of threads in the last few weeks asking for desktop stuff, and I though we could all find features we want if we have a ton of different desktops to check out.  Mine is pretty simple, just a rocket dock with Icalendar lite.  Basically I love the Mac layout, but I need XP for work.  Looks like this normally:

I also have the stack docklet on it so that my files just pop up (that is my pictures on the screen).  You can change it to fan out and stuff too, but mine just pops up in a box:

Post up yours!  I have a tablet PC, so I was hoping to find something that I could put on the desktop that I could handwrite quick notes on.  I know there are post-it applications, but I haven't been able to find one.  Maybe there is something similar.

I searched through here and eventually found a few sets that made most things black (like my iTunes, iPhoto, HD, etc) my comp is slowly getting murdered out. And the pirate Flag Icon for my external is just titties also

It depends on the resolution of the picture. If the picture is small, you are going to end up with a stretched out picture (unless you title it). If you send a link over of the picture you want to use as a background, I can check it out.

No problem. If you see a picture that you like, I bet the original uploader of the photo will have a higher resolution copy on their computer (if they still go on NS, that is).

No its Windows XP in Classic mode to save memory, kind of like turning off Aero Glass on Vista.  Computer's like 7 or 8 years old and pretty slow.
