New Year Resolutions and Dylan Curry Nude

Happy New Year NS!  We at BOONE are so stoked that its been dumping snow!  Yesterday we stopped by over at Alpine Shreadows  to scope out the jump line. As usual, it was a beautiful Tahoe bluebird day - perfect for starting on those New Year's Resolutions. We at Boone Skis continue working toward our goal as an independent ski company that is a true rider collective - with the company run solely by riders focused on supporting our core values.  The riders at Boone are a great group of athletes and I'm stoked our family is growing.   For 2009 we have some New Year's resolutions that help define who we are as an organization. 1. Continue to support the advancement of big air, slopestyle, and pipe skiing as a sport through backing events, comps, and sponsoring athletes! 2. Continue to build greener skis without compromising on quality - advancing our ingenuity and creativity at every possible opportunity. 3. Continue to work toward an autonomous rider collective.  By rider collective, we  envision is a group of freeskier athletes/enthusiasts - (athletes, engineers, and suits) all working together to build a green, sustainable organization that can continue to manufacture skis and promote the sport that we love. So, there are a few of our areas of focus for 2009 - what are some of yours?  Oh yes, and the Christmas Cash sale is still on at www.booneskis.com  - Grab a pair and still receive free shipping and D.O.S. Over on Kangaroo  lift at the Shreadows we found a decent little 45' table. The ususal suspects were hanging around, so we decided to have some fun and take some snapshots:  Scotty Pollman had a great day yesterday and was a lot of fun to watch - as always.

Still spinning:

continuing to show off for the ladies watching from the imaginary hot tub on the table below.

Dylan Curry started complaining about the January heat we endure here in California.  So, he stripped down and started throwing down.

It's freakin January for chrissakes!  Thankfully he left his pants on.

Look, its the Kurry Kang:

It was a lot of fun and everyone was goofing around and having a blast on our skis - pretty much what the BOONE team is all about! Jaime Melton didn't want to miss out so he started pulling out his Hyphy Steez:

Jaime switches out his SuperFreaks for a pair of Twins...

and then local rippers Garrett Jurach and Braden Schroeder showed up.  At the old age of 16, Garrett gave us a clinic on how long to hold your grabs - watch and learn:

Still holding those Magic Sticks!

And Stillllllll Holding....

I never did see him let go of his grab until his skis touched the ground.  G-Money is killing it...

Braden Schroeder looked like he was having some fun...

Another one of millions of shots of Dylan Curry throwing down as usual...

We're currently getting ready for our debut at SIA at the end of the month and are hoping to make a formal announcement regarding our new ski sometime soon - so stay tuned or go to http://www.booneskis.com in the coming weeks for additional details on the Glo-Sticks! We continue to build the BOONE Team and are pleased to announce the addition of Bentley Atteberry (also of D.O.S Media) as BOONE Skis Team Manager.  Welcome Bentley!
