It's all the same anyway, lib-dem or republican, it hardly matters.
I reported at a Republican election party this evening. It was a riot. So much celebration, and honestly a really cool event to be at.

our rivers shall run red with the blood of immigrants trying to enter our sacred land
That map above just shows you where populated areas are and where Bum Fuck Egypt is... in 2004 (seriously? you posted a map from a decade ago?)
...Either way, this won't change much and I won't expect anything to be fixed or any reforms to go through. Most of the states in this vote were staunchly republican, or toss-up states anyway. I'm not exactly surprised here with state-wide races.
Also, Frenchy's a homophobe so of course he's Republican.

and apparently Alaska and Hawaii just don't count on that map.
i'm glad we all get to enjoy the many benefits of a republican senate with a democrat president. i'm sure they'll fully cooperate and achieve more than we could ever dream of...
fujaromeand apparently Alaska and Hawaii just don't count on that map.
ALASKA IS MOSTLY ALL RED, NICE TRY THO! #GOP
blows my mind people can't come together, and we have basically a civil war in this country. The country isn't going to become a better place because Republicans have the Senate.

Why do you always post something stupid and then edit your post to cover up your mistake?

I didn't make a mistake to cover up. I added content. Get over it.

What did you add? That Frenchy is a 'homophobe'? I'm pretty sure I've never met someone who is afraid of homosexuals, and I doubt meeting Frenchy would change that. Using inaccurate smear words doesn't make you right.

I've had a conversation with Frenchy about gays... I'm confident when I use such terminology in this case.

Do you realize that there is a difference between dislike/hate and fear? Every time I have ever heard the word 'homosexual' used, it has been used to refer to dislike, hate, discrimination, or something along those lines. I have never once heard homosexuality used to refer to what it actually means: Fear of homosexuals. It's a smear word. Kind of like 'pro-life' and 'pro-choice', or worse, 'anti-choice' and 'anti-life'. Loaded words don't determine who is right.
If Frenchy is legitimately afraid of homosexuals, then I apologize for doubting your claim, but I would be quite surprised if that was the case.

Where do you think such things as dislike/hate come from? It comes from the idea of 'EW... GUYS DOING BUTTSECKS? GROSS EW NASTY! THEY MIGHT TOUCH MY CHILDREN INAPPROPRIATELY!'
These same sentiments were basically what Frenchy conveyed to me.
I may be a foreign liberal but if this means it's less likely Hilary Clinton's gonna be president purely for having a gaping cave of a vagina* then YAY DEMOCRACY!!!!
*It's true cos South Park told me

but your so desperate to win anything in life i'm just gonna chuckle at your
gop touchdown dance thread.
I CANNOT believe Malloy was reelected in CT. I literally had a nightmare about it last night. I am speechless.
Yay and all they had to do was discount millions of voters through Constitutionally illegal and unjustifiable voter ID laws and vague double voting lists that mainly targeted and purged minorities from voting rolls!

I don't get how people can be so mindless and ignorant as to support a group who cries out they love democracy/equal rights but they try any legal and illegal means of preventing it. The Democratic party isn't perfect and I would rather toss all scumbags out of the Senate and Congress but at least throughout history, all the progressive and standard laws and programs we have in place now are Democratic ideas that Republicans opposed. Civil rights, gay rights, medicaid, AHA, ending senseless foreign wars against "Communism", Social Security, women's rights, etc. etc.
You'd have to be drunk to see this election as a good sign because this is by far one of the biggest shams of Democracy ever witnessed.

LOLLL, so people allegedly broke the law by voting in two different states in on election and you're mad that their voting rights were stripped? That article isn't biased at all. "Jim Crow Returns". HAHAHAHAHA

You forgot hilariously gross gerrymandering... on account of both parties...
Just look at Texas, lol... Austin and Houston are divided up like 6 or 7 times each just to discount any liberal voting bases they may have and strengthen the vote of the rural or suburban voters.. (That and Texas is more red than the Soviet flag)
But hell, all over this nation there are just disgusting examples of gerrymandering that make you scratch your head until you start taking skin off...
This kinda shit isn't democracy...
people are finally waking up to the reality that the democratic party is injurious to the american dream. Sorry libtards.
DingoSeanI didn't make a mistake to cover up. I added content. Get over it.
Just dub post already. Nobody cares when you do.
And fuck Florida. Needed 3% more votes for No. 2. So dumb, not a single county voted majority against. All were +50%.

A republican has a tough, tough time winning in ct. Ct matters little though anyway.
Who the fuck cares about which shitty party is in "control"? It's still a 2 party system run by some of America's richest idiots.
Nothing short of a revolution will fix this country.
***This shit gets me unbelievably mad, so I apologize if I sound like a raving lunatic.
Bombogenesispeople are finally waking up to the reality that the democratic party is injurious to the american dream. Sorry libtards.
What really needs to happen is for people to realize that the 'American Dream' is built on systemic inequality.

Lol, both parties suck. The two party system is lame a.f.

U mad?
I think this election showed how moderate the United States is--and I feel pretty good this morning.
Red states voted to increase the minimum wage, republicans swept Colorado but that personhood amendment or whatnot lost pretty bad... Hickenlooper won!
I think you just have a sour taste in your mouth by listening to too much liberal media who takes the poor choice of words from a politician and pastes it all over the media as the "Republican agenda". And their poor choice of words are almost always a setup, like asking that guy from Chick-FilA what he things about gay marriage just so they could form a lynch mob when he said exactly what they knew he would say.
Look at how much this nation has changed over the past few years. The laws on marijuana and gay marriage have changed drastically, and I think the GOP will evolve and make their peace with it someday hopefully. Democratic fiscal policies are generally more fucked. Now I hate corporations too, without some ground rules they would definitely love to turn this into a 3rd world country. But the government is a money suck. I'd love to pay more taxes for a short period of time that would go to something in particular, but most of that money is going to be wasted. Just like giving a hobo some money. He's not going to straighten out his life, he's going to buy a 5th of vodka and drink with his friends. Everybody I know who works a government job never leaves it. Why? Because you get paid on seniority, not performance. There is hardly any performance incentive to run a strict, hard budget like there is in the private sector with chance to be promoted, company stock, etc...
This was definitely a fiscal election, and I think this shows that most Americans don't buy into liberal media. Like I said, I'm so glad because I thought we were brainwashed. I have a much better outlook on this country now.
And Obama gets a bad rep. I feel bad for the guy, people just want to put him on a stake. He's done fine IMO
Inequality is a law of nature. Only way to make sure there are no losers is to keep anyone from winning.
The national conservative shift didn't stop the fuckhead retards in my state from enacting some stupid ass gun law that simultanously requires more inane background checks while reducing the states ability to collect revenue on gun sales. Fucking idiots.
We live in a country that requires every citizen to buy health insurance, yet it's somehow unconstitutional to ask that people show a .gov issued photo ID to vote? Ya ever received healthcare without showing a valid ID? Democrats are just pissed that all those undocumented voters can't vote anymore. The party does have a long standing history of voter fraud and intimidation. just remember, vote early! and often! Might as well cast your late grannies vote too while your at it!
And Gov Scott Walker won his third election in four years! That has got to piss Labor off!
And once again, as we do every two years in mass, the American Public has shown that our Constituional Representative Republic may be a really shitty form of government, but it is by and far, the best one around (notice I didn't say democracy you fucking morons)! Vivá America Motherfuckers!
BombogenesisI CANNOT believe Malloy was reelected in CT. I literally had a nightmare about it last night. I am speechless.
LOL better than "carpet bagger" Maloney. Haha those commercials they put out always crack me up how much they bash each other. But carpet bagger maloney took the cake for me by far the best one I have seen

So are you in that state that raised the minimum wage to $15? I'm in favor of raising it, but $15 is f'd. Why even go to college then when you can work at Chucky Cheeese

This shit blows my mind. You're required to have an ID for virtually everything. How does it make any sense that you don't need one to vote?
its still a broken system, regardless if the dems would of won. neither side is going to do jack shit. pointing fingers at the other party is much easier.
I want to know what the hardline republicans think about how the republican agenda has negatively affected Kansas- the most complete modern showing of what republicans are touting as 'the future of prosperity and policy in America'. Anyone with the least bit of understanding or even awareness of these practices being put in place and the disastrous circumstances they've created should be able to see they're not good for anyone! Kansas just got fucked to the tune of billions on top of billions and nobody is talking about it. Why?? If this policy was enacted on a National scale, it would push us straight into a depression of epic proportions- and through no fault of industry or bubble- but of paid bribes from captains of industry who would benefit directly from labor laws akin to that of the turn of the 19th century.
So seriously, I want to know- how do you feel about backing the Libertarian agenda from the early 80s rehashed as a nationalistic xenophobia campaign and laying it out as a valid stance for those who can't be bothered to understand the most basic premises of economics or policy? That's literally exactly what the modern Republican agenda is and it's fucking embarrassing. So tell me- what is it about Kansas- or any of their agendas really- that makes you think this will work on a national level? I want to know.
