not very solid, not very reliable. i wouldnt pick these up if you are on the larger side. only thing i liked about them was the look.

pretty good performance. there was the odd time when they released when they were not supposed too. but my boots moved around in the toe piece cause the wings were always loose.

not very well. i broke the lifter thing under the heel piece after like 2 months of using them. kinda pissed me off.
