So light you will not even know it’s on. Had the POC bug for 2 seasons and has shown little signs of wear and tear. The vent system keeps you nice and cool on warm days and warm on cold days. Pretty true to sizing, but I would try it on with you hat and goggles (if you do that) before you buy. Fits really well with anon. and smith iox goggles. POC customer service is also amazing. Any damages to the helmet they will help and out and likely send you a new helmet free. Would recommend to park rats, and anyone looking for a soft ear helmet.
The only negatives surrounding this product can occur with paint scraping. With the mat black color the paint can easily be affected. If you get this helmet I recommend putting it away in the soft protective case after each use.

I purchased this helmet because I had seen it around and personally deemed it the steeziest helmet on the market. At least 6 kids in the crew I ski with own this helmet.
Since owning it I realized that it is extremely compatible with any larger sized goggle, meaning it looks good with almost any goggle. The fitment with my Oakley Crowbars is flawless, never leaving any sort of gaper gap.
The helmet fits my head like a glove. I dont have to wear the strap tightly for it to remain on my head.
Ive taken a few solid hits to the head since owning a receptor bug and I feel like it did a splendid job of keeping me alive.

My model does not have any audio connectivity, but you can definitely buy ones with headphones, cell hookup and even Beats by Dre.

I have heard complaints that this helmet is heavy, but I would not agree that it is bothersome. If you have an older helmet you you will be very happy upgrading to this model.

POC has taken the safety and quality of their race helmets and put it into a freestyle skiers form. Designed to take multiple heavy impacts it's built to last and built to keep you safe. Thick, dense foam will protect your head, while the clean looking outer shell won't cramp your style.

This is a really safe helmet. It fits so much better than any others that I've tried, and it fits really well with Dragon APXs goggles under it. I've hit my head many times with it on, and I'm sure that it has saved me a concussion more times than I know. Definitely would recommend.

Got this helmet for the 2013-14 season. I have made it out for 11 days so far and have worn this helmet every time. I have worn it with the pads it comes with, or with those taken out and a hat underneath. It is incredibly comfortable either way, keeps the head warm and doesn't shift around too much. I has taken a few hits already and seems to be able to stand up to a beating. I would recommend it to other people.
