Yo what's up NS I just picked up some Sick Days to replace my current touring ski. I tend to prefer skis with more centered mounts but have been recently getting a little bit more directional so I thought the sick day was a good choice, any recommendations on mount point? I was thinking +3 (-7 from TC) because Blister tested it there and it didn't seem to hinder the performance at all. Anyone here have experience with the ski that wants to chime in?
I have mine mounted at recommended and definitely wish that I would’ve went closer to center

Good to know, what makes you say that?
I didn’t take into consideration that you said you were looking for a directional touring ski. I don’t think they ski well switch at recommended, but that wouldn’t really matter if you aren’t going to ski switch in them. I use them as a resort ski when I am on vacation so I don’t see a lot of soft snow in them. I skied one day in powder on them this year and thought the mount point was great, but on days where I’m just cruising around the mountain I wish they we’re closer to center and a little more playful. I am not sure how much a +3 mount would affect soft snow performance, but the recommended would be cool for a directional touring ski
That is fair, -10 also seems a little further back than I want to go too lol. I have a very dynamic and playful skiing style so I think I may go +2 to +3

I can't edit my op for whatever reason but I ended up having them mounted +4cm (-6 from TC). I took them out for a quick lap this morning and they ripped (conditions were good), felt stable but also very light and playful....definitely happy with my decision

It’s a ski that not at all designed to be skied switch so I would definitely expect that skiing switch on it wouldn’t go very well
