Did anyone get their pre orders yet? I have been waiting since september for some accessories like my wizard hood and face masks and have yet to get them. Anyone else having this issue?
I got my pants this week. They were way too big tho (should have ordered a Large, my bad) so had to sell them for cheaps, the return to US would cost a fortune.
Sent them two emails the last month with no response. Saga can get fucked
I love saga and have repped them hard for the last 5-6 years, however it seems they are falling down the wrong path. Perhaps its just a hiccup from their whole "robbery" ordeal. It'll be interesting to see what happens

You've dealt with it now but, Saga are doing at least their European orders from the UK so returns/shipping should be less.
They could do with jumping on here and explaining what's been going on.
I’m still waiting too (from EU). They gave me a DHL tracking on 15th january. The shipment is still block in Utah (even if it should have been shipped from UK).
I’ve requested a refund but no response at the moment.
I’m so angry and sad.
Haven't gotten either of the two orders I've placed this season so far. One was a pre order placed in November and the other was an order for an in stock item on January 2nd. I've emailed them so many times but have not gotten anything back and have resorted to calling them out on social media. Just noticed that both of my comments have been removed from their FB page. This is looking pretty dire.
I can sort of handle receiving my orders late (Christmas gifts lol), but the lack of communication in any kind of form is pretty pathetic. I can understand they had a rough time with the theft and all, but hot damn, how hard is a simple email or even a little post on NS when people have paid them money for a damn product?
Unfortunately this is the reason I logged on today. I did do a pre-order earlier this year and received the item (Monarch bibs) which is fantastic quality....but just submitted another order and order the wrong items and reached out to customer service and haven't heard a thing. I'm concerned, and bummed.

I asked beforehand to be sure about the UK center, they stilled shipped from US. Even told me they'd repay the shipping fee difference since the only option on their shop were Shipping from US.

I was told similar but it was that they hadn't worked out getting EU shipping rates to apply to an order instead of US and that when they received the stock in the UK and shipped it, the fees would be adjusted and I'd be refunded the difference. I've still not got my pre-ordered jacket or even a shipping notification. Its only 6 working days after their revised expected shipping date though (still 3 months after original expected date).
They seem to have had a shocker of a season again. I hope they're able to recover it as I like their stuff, just not waiting for shipping.
Placed my order mid November, have received 3/8 items. Have tried to contact them several times and asked when I'll receive the rest but no answer.....

Also don't get me started on the distribution centre that hasn't been set up. I had to pay $60 for shipping and then another $180 for import tax! Fucking piss take, but it is what it is.

Ordered jacket on the 13th September.. still nothing! And not had a email back from them in a month! Feels like a bit of a scam or something along them lines. Real disappointed.. maybe we will hear something before winter is over!

Also a little update for you, I got an email from Saga telling me that my order has been collected by DHL and should arrive Monday! They didn't mention the extra money I've had to pay, but at least my gear is on the way. Vinally.
My DHL tracking numbers has been updated too finally. Sent from California today. Destination: Italy.

Got an email response from Saga saying that the Wizard hoods, face tubes, balaclavas, and beanies were leaving the factory February 5ththe earliest.
Update: got 1 of 2 items i ordered. I had to pay duties because stuff was shipped from US and not from UK.
Hope for second item now.

When did you order and what did you order? I ordered a Tek Balaclava, a regular Balaclava, and a Wizard Hood from their website (thought I ordered it from Evo like I said in a different comment or thread but I was wrong) and I ordered it on 10/26/2018.
I forgot how long ago that was... that's nuts. Those are tiny simple items too. It was supposed to be to my door before December/in December originally like everyone else has said but I still haven't gotten a tracking number. I hope Saga hooks people up with something extra. A cheap balaclava or a sticker pack or something would be better than nothing.
EDIT: I lied. I was given a $50 coupon/giftcard thingy. Sorry Saga, didn't see that. Wish I would have paid more attention to my email.

I used it to get a Fatigue jacket from 2017 in the navy colorway. It was like the last one left in a size large so I got it for $35 and it was to my door within a few days. Works for me because I needed a jacket that wasn't baggy but I wish it had better water resistance. I wonder if I'll ever even get the hood/balaclavas.

We've been working to contact customers who ordered headwear products regarding their delivery. We removed them from the site temporarily as we wanted to try and reduce as much confusion between ordering in stock and pre order items during the Semi Annual Sale.

Potentially. We've been contacting the customers impacted by this and have been able to resolve the issues thus far. As we move through the season there will continually be size exchanges and we look through these for any chance to fulfill customer orders as fast and completely as possible.
