The edge is intact, looks still attached to the base, but has lifted/delaminated a section from the topsheet. Top sheet is intact. My thoughts were to make a few well placed cuts with a razor along the lifted edge and base and use a flathead screwdriver to lever the edge back into place, epoxy and clamp it down, and use ptex to fill any gaps in the base. Thoughts?

You can do that, or you could take it to a shop and they'll more than likely base patch it and replace that section of edge.
Depends on how much you want that ski to keep being a ski but in one piece.

I’ve seen this type of “crack” get fixed in a shop by taking epoxy and like you said, just put it in there and clamp it tight for a day or two. But make sure to use some marine epoxy that has some flexibility after the cure, especially when talking about the tips which tend to bend/move/flex a lot more than the rest of the ski
