Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid
or
Raiders of the Lost Ark
savvy_skiInception
Inception is so good
Any movies by Christopher Nolan, that dudes a genius
The original karate kid. Not that bullshit version with jaden smith

The soundtrack is just perfect
CirilloSerious answer
The best answer so far, just watched it again last night. Discovered that not only tony's therapist from the Soprano's is the wife, but the actors who play Christopher and Phil Leatardo are in it, both get killed funny enough
jibbpeter

For the more normal movies idk because there are so many of them. Nothing really recent but a lot. I love movies.
Some weird foreign ones(plenty of awful ones when looking for gems), some gay ones, same thing. Nobody would like those though.
Lots of documentaries. I feel like a lot of them(at least the ones I'm into) are at least decently put together. In that sense you really can't go wrong. I don't get how people can't hate documentaries.
Anything Ken Burns makes me moist.
The Civil War
Prohibition
The Dust Bowl
The West
Those are all ken burns and up at the top of my list. I don't really watch any tv and sometimes go for a while without even watching any movies. Something about sitting down and getting drawn into a well directed 10 + hour documentary is something I love. I definitely lean toward the historical stuff but I like current stuff as well.
I think I'm just weird.
Saving Private Ryan. Greatest american war movie ever. Lone survivor could give it a run for its money though
Eazy_ESaving Private Ryan. Greatest american war movie ever. Lone survivor could give it a run for its money though
Lone survivor is just falling down a mountain.
AT-ATThe lord of the rings series. Brings out my inner nerd.
This. I have the extended editions and watch the trilogy at least a couple times every year. I will never get tired of watching them.

Great to see a new instant classic trilogy. There aren't that many good trilogies, or ones you can watch over and over.
Great visually, compelling story line, I watch the shit out of them. Haven't had cable for years but had it for the summer and they were always on in NZ so watched them all 2 or 3 times over the 4 months.
I love movies like that, that you can watch a million times or come in halfway through and still enjoy it.
It's a shame about the hobbit movies though. Haven't seen the last 2 yet but the first wasn't that great. Heard the new ones pretty meh. Will probably go see it anyway
savvy_skiwhat is that it looks awesome!!
Princess Mononoke. It's another Hayao Miazaki movie
no_steezePrincess Mononoke. It's another Hayao Miazaki movie
oh I saw that before!!!
There Will Be Blood probably takes it for me. Why no love for Paul Thomas Anderson? Everything the dude directs and writes is fantastic.
Mom got me the goonies for xmas.
My copy died a long time ago. Every once in a while I'd try and play it again. Get mid way through then hopeless. Used to at least make it into the caves but the last couple times stopped in the house scene at the start. Fucking tragedy.
Stoked to be able to watch it when ever I want again.
Some more of my top list, excluding the obvious ones (sorry for large images).
City of the lost children (My all time Nr.1)
The fountain
Alien
Paprika (Main inspiration for Inception)
Easy money, aka:
Really recommending this one!!!
The girl with the dragon tattoo (The swedish one, not american remake)
This one's an expirience the first time you see it. If you haven't, you really should.
Jeunet is a fucking madman!
This one has one of the craziest one-shots ever! (The director of Gravity)
One of the creepiest
"Call me..."
Great/disgusting piece of art by Peter Jackson, before he got lobotomized by hollywood executives. (not hating on LOTR or The Hobbit, they're on my list too)
Let the right one in. (Also the american remake "Let me in" is a must watch)
Written by Tarantino
"Happieness" This one is well written, and disgusting.
Don't underestimate the "Batfleck"
One of my favorite remakes.
A must see!
"Pusher" was Mads Mikkelsen's first Movie, "Pusher 2" is my fav in this triology.
And all of Nolan, Scorsese, Jeunet, Gilliam, Coen brothers, Whachowski siblings, Abrams, most of Spielberg and more.
Hope u find some of those titles entertaining :)

what about The National Parks: America's Greatest Idea?? earth porn and education, all by ken burns.
MEDSKI_what about The National Parks: America's Greatest Idea?? earth porn and education, all by ken burns.
How did I leave that off. Yes I watched it and loved it.
I've felt that way about the parks for a long time.
Also realized my love for history starts to decline around the 30's. I've heard good things about the war but don't feel like watching it through. (Actually don't have netflix anymore so can't anyway)
Ken burns fucking kills it though. So good.
A 12 hour doc sounds insane to people but I get to the end of those wanting more. They could have been 30 hours. So fucking well done.
Planting yourself in front of a tv is said to be a time waster but watching those is a great use of time imo.
