Roughly one month ago, we teamed up with our friends at Epic Planks to announce the return of the NSTV Pilot Project, where producers of new or up-and-coming webisodes could enter for their chance to win an $1,800 contract from Newschoolers.

Twenty seven entries were received, and once the deadline had passed, it was up to you to narrow it down to the top three, at which point Newschoolers and Epic Planks staff members (along with the winner of the first NSTV Pilot Project, Family Vacation's Abe Krieger) voted for their favorite to determine the winner.

The results are now in, and were announced at last night's iF3 Awards in Montreal, so without further ado, here's a look at the winner of the second annual NSTV Pilot Project...

Congratulations to Westward! You've won the second annual NSTV Pilot Project, an $1,800 contract from Newschoolers for six episodes of your series, and two pairs of skis and a pile of swag from Epic Planks!

On behalf of everyone at Newschoolers and Epic Planks, congratulations to the Westward, and big thanks to everyone who participated in this contest!
