Part of Outdoor Research’s Sidecountry line, the Adrenaline Glove is a very comfortable and light ski glove.  They provide great dexterity, the grip is solid, and construction seems quite good.  My favorite feature is that the gauntlet on these are a little bit longer than on other ski gloves, which I really like.  Even if your jacket sleeves are pretty big, the gauntlet will fit over nicely and then will tighten down with a one-hand drawcord.  One feature missing here are wrist leashes for hands-free security when you need to take them off on the chairlift. I feel this should be standard on any ski glove.  Also, no goggle wipe blade or soft fabric on the thumbs for nose wiping (kinda gross, but I do like gloves with this feature).

Given that the gloves are pretty light, I would not call them an all-day, bombproof glove.  While I didn’t test them during super strenuous skiing, my hands started to get chili after lunch.  I think these would be ideal for aggressive skiers or boarders who are going to keep their body temp high, or for spring skiing.  Personally, I need a glove that’s a bit more burly to last the whole day.
