Session 3 here in Bariloche is almost half over. With all the good conditions out on the hill, it's been hard to pull myself away from the mountain to get in the office to supply the NS community with the amount of stoke you deserve during the summer.

Never fear though, as I come with a double dose of stoke for the masses in this installment. The first is a new edit courtesy of the man, the myth, and the soon to be legendary, Garrett Russell. Thanks to Vholdr, Garrett had plenty of ContourHD footage to work with from our campers and guides. He also spent Session 2 filming the crew with his fancy Canon T2i (Are you listening Canon?). But what music to edit to? After a short intro to dubstep from the campers, Garrett was stoked and was behind the computer whipping up the edit!
SASS Session 2 Edit by Garrett Russell
As if that wasn't enough, the SASS skier crew themselves came up with an edit to go along with Garrett's. Reed Rosenbluth and his brother Kyle came down for Session 2 armed with a T2i and a Glidecam. When we announced a video contest with out partner ContourHD, they were all over it. Reed spent the week filming and was up super late the night before the deadline editing. His work paid off as the group walked off with a sweet prize pack of swag included super limited SASS jerseys. Thanks go out to Vholdr, Oakley, and Dakine for putting together a prize pack for the winners!
SASS Skiers Self Edit
In case you haven't heard yet, the season down in Bariloche has been one of the best we have ever seen. Compared to resorts in Chile, New Zealand, and the North America glaciers, SASS campers have been racking up more on snow time, and more pow turns than they could have ever imagined.
