JASON GEORGE ACCEPTS NEW TERRAIN PARK MANAGER JOB WITH WOODWARD AT COPPER

Industry Veteran Stoked About New Appointment

     Copper Mountain, CO…April 22, 2011…Woodward at Copper is super psyched to announce that Jason George has just accepted the position of Terrain Park Manager at Copper Mountain Resort. In this new role Jason will oversee all of Copper's Terrain Parks and the Main Vein Superpipe, while working closely with the Woodward at Copper team to test the limits of all levels of progression for park and pipe riders through our parks, pipes and variety of competitions and events. Jason will also be working on the off-mountain initiatives (The Barn, Summer Camps, The Cage), with the ultimate goal being one cohesive unit and a smooth transition from the Barn to the mountain.

     Wanna know why we are so psyched? Prior to accepting this position, Jason served as the Terrain Park Manager with Keystone Resort, garnering many industry awards and hosting some of the biggest events in snowboarding. Some of the awards bestowed upon Jason include, but are not limited to: winning the Team Shootout, hosting The Launch, hosting Miss Superpark, garnering a #2 ranking by Transworld Snowboarding (2 years running), as well as #1 Rails by Freeskier Magazine, and has pulled multiple magazine covers in the most noted snowboard and ski publications.
