Here’s a great idea for an edit and shot really well. Snow Motion Films, aside from having a delightful pun in their name, have uploaded this video after a day in the Chapelle Park, Avoriaz. Mathieu Hulliger, Ludo Milaire and Ruben Principe provide the riding but the real surprise is how adhoc this video is! Here’s what they said: For some of the shots we used a DIY jib-crane. We built it using gear from our local hardware store in Morzine village. Built from ?60 worth of light weight shelving metal poles, right angle brackets, and bolts…giant mechano! We then attached the crane arm to our Manfrotto 353 legs, using the 504 HD head. Pretty good huh? These guys know how to be thrifty!More Ski Videos >>Related posts:Teton Gravity Research: Naming Light the Wick This week’s Almost Live focuses on what goes into naming...Teton Gravity Research: Light The Wick World Premiere Blasts Off This week’s Almost Live joins TGR’s athletes and fans at...Teton Gravity Research: Almost Live: Idaho We’d all wish for the life that some of these...
