A great weekend of ski racing has come and gone. The ladies in Lake Louise saw a bit of a different picture this year, with Lindsey Vonn not dominating for once and her German counterpart Maria Riesch taking the top honors in the two downhill races.

Very impressive were a young trio from the US Ski Team. Shredders Alice McKennis, Leanna Smith and Laurenne Ross all came in top 30, scoring solid points.

Alice was 11th and 15th in the downhill and 22nd in Sunday’s Super G. She raced with The Schwarz Brain Bucket and Soaza Boba Pink goggles.

Leanne 20th and 15th in the downhill and 23rd in Super G. She raced with The Schwarz Brain Bucket and Soaza Boba Green goggles.

Laurenne 22nd and 19th in downhill and 21st in Super G. She raced with White Brain Bucket and Soaza Boba Code Black googles.

As posted yesterday, Beaver Creek GS was all Ted, all day. Here is a brief interview of Ted reflecting on it all…
