I don't bench a lot at all mainly because it scares me and ive always been weak in the chest. I weigh 180 ish and can put up like 225. However my Squats and DLs are almost 400 lbs with my OH being 185 for a couple reps. My chest just blows lol
Only did my max once at school in February, got 100lbs. Thinking I could do more now but haven't got around to trying. Made me the strongest girl in school though /claim
Seeing as how my right shoulder dislocates through the back and bottom of the joint, and i have almopst nothing structural left in my right shoulder i dont even do barbell bench...i do nuetral grip dbell bench. 1 month ago i was feeling myself and repped 125's for 8.
my best lift is the Deadlift...being a lanky 6'4" 200lbs i think a 425 Pull is pretty damn good.
that sucks, dude. i totally feel your pain on that account. i blew my shoulder 4 years ago and it completely destroyed my bench for like 3 years. i've just started really being able to get it back within the past year.
Max bench is 165 for six.
Squat 225 for six.
Dead 275 for ten.
I haven't done a single-rep max in over a year, and my max weights then are what I warm up with now. I was 130 pounds a year ago, and I now weigh about 153. I'm 5'10 1/2" and female.
And to the kid who doubted Jay: he's a beast. I have a much harder time believing your "310 bench". Who the hell goes to all of the trouble of stacking on two 45s, a 35 (or a 25 and a 10), a 5, AND a 2.5 pound plate on each side of the bar, when you could just slap three plates on each side? When you're at that weight, five pounds really isn't going to make that much of a difference. I smell bullshit.

What?? :) Getting bigger! I'm 11.5 weeks out from my next show, with four of them immediately after my three big hunts this year and nearly back-to-back (Sept 28, Oct 5, Oct 26, Nov 9), ahh! My tits are hard as rocks, and I'm getting some nice chest separation. My pecs and front delts hurt so badly this morning, I can barely lift my arm enough to turn a door knob, haha.
Hahaha I work out there on my lunch breaks, as there's a PF right next to my work. The new employees usually lunk me once or twice, but I never hear it.

I was a Decathlete in College and my lifting parter was a thrower. We put some serious serious time in the weightroom. By our last year we decided to check out maxes before out last outdoor season. I weighed in at 165lbs and benched 335lbs, Squated 415lbs, and Hang Cleaned 295lbs. I was SOOO pissed I didnt get over 300 in the hang clean. My lifting partner went 350 bench, suated 525 and hang cleaned 305. He was also 255lbs and a pretty solid thrower in college. But Im pretty proud of those numbers. Now two years out of college everything has dropped by like 50lbs haha
