Now I understand..after watching team canada's edit why simon was so disgusted with the results...No hate on canada's edit..it was good but I mean...their banger ender trick was a trick that russ henshaw did unnatural.

Team Canada's edit was absolutely terrible possibly the worst thing i've ever seen. Their were hardly no boxes and rails, the video had no flow to it, it was extremely boring, it wasn't funny at all (no matter how hard they tried), and lastly the songs were possibly the worst songs I have heard in my entire life. Overall I think this video fucking sucked and any other edit should hve won besides this one!!!

I think by how the judging was originally set up..team newschoolers should have taken first and Usa taken second

another thing for thought.. Why does NS hate Simon Dumont?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Him and tanner made freestyle skiing what it is today, and Simon can throw down just as big as anybody else. How many kids on here under the age of 20 did not get inspired to freestyle from Tanner and Simon's x games battles.......

i am a huge hip hop head and i really enjoyed the folk provided by mr. elliott brood in the canada edit. and for the record that song in the team america edit was fucking awful. i thought aj would have found a little bit better song, jea jea jea jea jea gay. EHEATH is gaining more and more respect from me

in my opinion:

1. jon olsson and his crew for creating such a sick event again
2. Jons girlfriend, because ive seen her
3. all the teams! just try to enjoy the vids and the awesome skiig in there, and not complain about whos first and second bla bla..thats just a number in front of the vid.
at the end everybody stayed healthy and no injuries. im sure they dont care as much as the whole NS train on here does, THE MOST THEY DID IN SWEDEN WAS PARTYING the ASS off...

canada had more of a vibe like a PBP flick like reasons, whereas america's was more like a level 1/4bi9 movie consisting all bangers for the most part. if you like that style of PBP kind of filming and skiing you'd like canada's better, if you're more into the level 1 style --bangers only, no joking around then you probably liked america's better.

Personaly, I really liked Canada's edit. From an editing and filming standpoint, although I'm not well-versed in these expertised, I thought that Canada was one of, if not the best. I have to admit that they were not the group with the best skiing, some tricks were super banger, but everyone else had just as many if not more (dub flat 10 was beautiful though). They made up for that area with the entertainment factor. The edit was laid-back and fun. Final the edit as a whole was the most complete out of them all, no doubt in my mind.

Wait what happened to people having there own opinion like you said in the first page....
I thought Canada had a funny edit it wasn't serious just some friends hanging out having a good time I had some laughs during the edit ,but I did in America's to. Overall I think America did have the best edit they had top notch skiing, but also a little comedy.

i find it pretty ironic that NS is crazy stoked on travelling circus and just going out and having fun with your friends like TC but they easily hate on canada's joss edit which is pretty much the same thing

Personally, I really enjoyed them all, particularly the top three. This argument about placings would never have got so heated if Dumont hadn't acted up so much. Sure 4,000 each is a lot, but I don't think that amount would really be missed by the top x games athletes- like Dumont or Wallisch. Anyway, the rookies who would really benefit from the cash were definitely so stoked to be there that I don't think they'd care. IMO Norway was my favourite, Aurdal, Hatveit and Tveit wrecked it.

I don't want to say much about the ranking or judging, but I will say something about the individuals on team Canada vs America.
Team Canada is much easier to relate to, perhaps from chug life (which I don't find to be incredibly funny) where Ian Cosco portrays himself as a pretty regular guy who likes to have fun. He mocks his own pro-ness and still skis pretty hard. PLUS him and dorey and TJ seem to be really tight which gets fat wins

Wallisch and Dumont are both so hyped and they know it. You can tell just by listening to them talk that all through high school they were the quiet kids in the corner who just wanted to peace and take park laps by themselves. no personality whatsoever and I can't see the average skier on NS really relating to them at all. Both skiers do however bust a couple cool trick from time to time.

trying to not have too much prejudice as I am from canada but thats my 2

You probably see more dicks every night when your watchin porn dude. It was blurred out for christ's sake. Honestly you saw him fully nude for the second and a half he jumped over the table and it was blurred out. No one complained about Colby and John swimming in their underwear, it's pretty similar.

I loved Canada's edit overall. I loved the refreshing feel and the music choice. I loved how it wasn't super focused on dubs and they all looked like they were having so much fun. I would have liked to see more urban, but oh well.

i thought team canada's was dope and funny. could have used alittle more skiing, and less teej and more chug and bone. but they editing was insane, such flow and would have taken so long.

i agree completely. but the whole reason people are arguing is because supposedly everyone thought it was sickest edit, not most entertaining. Like NS imo was the SICKEST edit but canada definitely made we want to go out and have fun with my friends skiing the most. just different "genres" of edit.
