Oh, and Gene didn't press charges against Faction and ended up letting them keep that graphic if I remember right.  That was this years ski I think, the KISS anthems were a few years ago and were recalled years ago, yet some shops online still have them I think..

i believe that they did get sued or atleast threatened to be sued if the ski was released, nobody knows what they did with the ones that were already produced. i did however manage to pick up a pair but ended up passing them onto another member.
