I am finally settling down, ki and i are engaged. :) I know most of you dont care, but I want to share the happy news with friends on newschoolers. The wedding is going to be on mt ashland, i am so excited.

I am 22, and I never thought i would want to settle down so young. I have always been sort of anti-marriage, and I would always snicker when my friends were engaged, because I always thought that their relationships would fail. When you find the right person your perspective suddenly changes, its really hard to explain. Marriage has not become just a peice of paper that legally binds us financialy. It is our expression of our unconditional love for eachother, and not because we are scared to lose eachother. This may sound really cheesy, but we actually cried because we were so happy last night, and I have never cried because I was so overwhelmed with love and happiness. It is really cool to find the right person, and I never thought it would happen to me.

But this is going to start getting hilarious as all the NS dues who ahve been here for awhile start getting married. Majority of long timers and much posters are around 18 most likely and NSG is goign to turn into a forum abotu which diapers are best to buy and how your kid is doing on the local sports teams.

congrats. i got engaged about a year ago. hehe. we're going for the long engagement thing which is good for us at this point in time. we're living together. plus, it takes some of the stress off planning a wedding because we have a bit longer.
