The Level 1 Superunknown Contest, was the first video talent-search contest is still the biggest and the best, pulling in entries from across the globe- 9 years deep!
Superunknown IX brought in nearly 100 entries from 15 different countries as the hungriest and most talented up-and-comers in the game try to follow in the footsteps of past winners like Tom Wallisch, Corey Vanular, Mike Clarke, Niklas Eriksson, Logan Imlach, and last year?s winner, Sig Tveit.
This year’s contest was the toughest yet as far as the judges having to select the top entries, and while they all couldn’t be finalists a few definitely stood out as worthy of a special shout out. Congrats to Ian Borgeson for being selected as one of this year’s eleven honorable mentions, check out his edit here:
The penultimate stop of the Level 1 Rail Jam Tour had hometown energy, fitting for our backyard of Eldora Mountain Resort. Flamingos were tossed, bodies got chucked, and cash got handed out.
Level 1 has teamed up with Slut Strand Society for our second annual Ladies Rail Jam! After an action packed first year, we're going even bigger at the base of Eldora Mountain Resort!
The FIFTH and FINAL stop of the Level 1 Rail Jam Tour closed off with a bang. Bear Mountain built a super gnarly setup, and the competitors complimented the difficult setup with some unmatched style and equally technical tricks. Sunny California was on our side this time around, boasting spring conditions, blue skies, and soft snow - a perfect environment for the athletes to throw down.
The best ski flicks of the year are coming to a city near you via the Level 1 Freeski Film Tour! Hosted exclusively in standing room venues, this is not your Grandpa's Warren Miller premiere- we're bringing the energy with product tosses, killer raffles, athlete poster signings, and banger ski movies. Featuring films from Henrik Harlaut, Jake Mageau, Forre, Jonah Williams, Milk Box Girls, and Dynastar Team.
Supported by Rossignol, 686, Autumn, J Skis, Stio, and Scott
