When Danny and I returned from Northern California, we went on a full moon hike with his brother Conor. We came across this tiny little scorpion in the night and since then I've been stumped on what type of scorpion it is. I didn't even know we had scorpions in Lake Tahoe and when I google "scorpions in Lake Tahoe" all I could come up with was an answer from Yahoo Answers from Gene stating that " YES. There are wood scorpions, but it's rare to find them unless you'd know where to look and what you are looking for."If Gene is correct then I feel pretty lucky to have seen a scorpion in Lake Tahoe. Don't worry, we let him be and continued on with our hike under the full moon.
