I'm not as versed as I once was, however, some names in no particular order:
Alex Hall
Jesper Tjader
Tucker Fitzsimons
Taisei Yamamoto (spins)
Colby Stevenson (see SLVSH cup from a few years back)
Cal Carson
Siver Voll
Andreas Hatveit
I still have to put Henrik on here for his clinic of a SLVSH cup from a few years back too, and just his ski level in general

HOT TAKE: Jesper Tjader is probably the most technically solid rail skier ever. He just skis like a robot and his "style" Is precision. Kinda boring to watch.
I wouldn’t ever call it boring personally. I love really defines and stylish skiers like Noah and harlaut but I also love watching Jesper lock into rails and stomp literally anything. It’s a little like watching someone play Shredsauce but then again everyone skis different and his style is pleasing plenty of people

cant talk about this without mentioning will wesson
For me, having the deepest bag is what's important, and being good at different types of grinds. Adding spins is hard, but I've never seen jackson karsteter, jesper, or siver broken slide. I also think one footed tech is critical, as well as 5050s. When you start looking at who has spinning tech, wizard tricks, one footed grinds, mean presses, 5050s, grabs while grinding, pretzel combos and proper butters on, and taps both in and out of features, as well as the ability to transfer rails with ease, it's really easy to say Phil Casabon. I think a lot of guys over the years have come close, but to me Phil has such a fucking crazy deep bag that I can't imagine not putting him at number one.

This makes sense and I agree I like this take
Tucker Fitzsimons
I remember watching the first Steel City Showdown (in 2020 I think?). Tucker was an amateur and pretty much unknown at the time and came in third place behind Colby and AHall. The event had some other heavy hitters like Siver, so not an easy comp to podium at. It's crazy that just a few years later Tucker is pro and medaling alongside those same guys, but on the Dew Tour.

I think Tucker is on top rn...urban segments are crazy and his style/tech is so similar to lj

It’s not a hot take at all he’s objectively one of the best rail skiers to do it
Colby gotta be up there

Ferdi, Andreas, Siver, Tormod maybe Mikkel. Basically if you are norwegian, you are god tier rail skier. Also Kuura Koivisto is up there.

I don't know if you seen SLVSH Andreas vs SQUAD and he destroyed them 5 to 1. I think Andreas would destroy 90% of pros on rails just because his trick bag is so deep and in one interview he said " I dont know a trick if i cant do it both sides"
Will Wesson, Andreas Hatveit, B Dog and Tom Wallisch. They all have clips from 10+ years ago that would still be bangers today.
Tom was way better at tech rails than anybody when he was in his prime, both in the park and in the streets.

The hot part is the robot style is lame.

That’s when I first saw him and have loved his style ever since. I was full ball cap under helmet at the time too so it made me feel real cool.
I've seen jesper doing shit like fishbrains, he just doesn't do them often

Yeah he does have some weird tricks, wasn't the best example but I still feel like I haven't seen him doing a lot of other stuff that Phil does regularly.
Steele Spence is an OG from my generation who had rail skills that were way above the average. His segment in the movie “Forward” alongside David Crichton was ahead of its time.
LJ Strenio, Keegan Killbride, Tuckleberry Finn, A Hall
Youngins:
A Hall
T Fitz
Cal Carson
OG:
Wallisch
B-Dog
Håtveit
Wesson
LJ
ScootSkiLyfeProbably Faelan Coldwater
One of the most consistent skiers I’ve seen ride in person
Wb:
real skifi (some of the og shit)
khai krepala bonks
cole drexler bonks
Ian Compton backslides
Will Wesson
Clayton villa (mutiny part)
don't think anyone can top harveit on park rails
overall, including street Will Wesson and Phil Casabon beat him.

he's also the best at knuckle huck too
all time I wanna say Will Wesson. I watched some of the og TC episodes a bit ago and my man was doing tricks that were just as difficult as any modern riders back in 2008. basically the godfather of tech rail skiing
as for rn, siver and ahall gotta be up there. although the latest Slvsh game really opened my eyes to Sebastian scherve's consistency. thinking back now I also remember a comp run he did last year (I believe). can't recall any of the tricks now, but I do remember being in absolute disbelief at his rail line.
TOAST.don't think anyone can top harveit on park railsoverall, including street Will Wesson and Phil Casabon beat him.
that is some of the most fried rail skiing i have ever watched. thank you
