Any ideas what style of hat this is?

I've been collecting shirts/jackets/mittens/beanies I find on the street and hope to sew them together to make a hat. I'd like to make a hat like this one Mango has on. Anyone have any idea what you would call this kind of hat? Hoping I can find some kind instruction online with that information. Thanks, peace!
