Yup. I noticed a huge difference in ghrelin when I started eating 5 meals a day including breakfast. For some reason it was breakfast that really made the difference though.
When I go to work (sitting in the office) I just have a protein shake, if I am doing something active then I will eat some Aussie Bites™.

I used to be hella big on breakfast but lately I havent been hungry in the mornings but I know I need to like eat otherwise I’ll feel fucked up. I’ve been on the hemp protein smoothie game and it makes me feel so fuckin good and it’s honestly pretty damn filling at least until lunch.

idk man, intermittent fasting seems to be the hype these days and not just gram influencers type hype, Harvard and Johns Hopkins too. Idk about weight loss tho, but seems to have a ton of other health benefits.
For me, breakfast is a must. I do a shake everyday, 2 eggs(whites and yokes) Hemp protein powder, Turmeric, Greek yogurt, Almond milk, frozen fruit, ice cubes. Throw some oatmeal in there once in a while. Drink that than eat a banana, apple and orange through the morning. This old man neglected his body for way to long living on cigs and energy drinks for breakfast many years back. I just try and keep a steady diet now.

Not getting into a debate over this lol but yeah fasting can have benefits. Eating breakfast has benefits beyond simply maintaining adequate weight, which obesity of course causes a billion diseases. Also intermittent fasting is not the same as skipping breakfast everyday.

I know a guy who does this, really fun guy to grab a lunch beer with. Lightweight plus not having ate for awhile means one darkish beer gets him sloshed.

Having said those things, I’m certainly not anti breakfast,but it’s more about what you eat, starting your day with cardboard fortified with minerals and some rice and sugar is an awful way to start your day, gotta start your day off feeding your digestive track, then put the nutrients in from good whole food high quality protein, vegetables etc, however an am breakfast is not necessary, as “breakfast” is anytime you eat after having not eaten, so technically, you cannot skip breaking your fast or breakfast as you like to put it, but prolonging fast and waiting for your breakfast can be accompanied by numerous health and physical benefits for you, your organs, fat loss goals, anti catabolic goals, sleep and more.

I ate breakfast my entire life. I now feel the best, have the best digestion, and have been in the best shape in years since skipping. If you are younger and crushing sports 4 hours a day, you need that breakfast. When you get older (I'm 32) I just feel full and slow with 3 meals, even though I lift, run, or mountain bike most days of the week. I don't enjoy meals nearly as much when I'm on 3 meals a day, so I switched over to lunch and dinner. Breakfast is by far my favorite meal, so that sucks. But I work nights every so often and switch to Dinner and breakfast when that happens.
I could never have survived with 2 meals even a few years ago, but now I feel awful with 3. I feel even worse with more small meals.
I work grave shift half the year. Idk what to label my meals. I just eat when I'm hungry.
Actually do end up going out for breakfast or making breakfast at home woth the crew at normy breakfast time a lot.
Sometimes ill just wait for lunch and do that. Winter i sometimes eat one big meal in the day and thats it.

It’s not bc they’re young, or active, it’s bc they have a basic metabolic rate that requires frequent feeding, regardless of age or activity, someone with a lot of muscle mass is gonna need more food more often, it could also be hormonal or psychological. I for one have days where I intermittent fast, and once a year I do a prolonged fast, but other than that, I eat every 4 hours to maximize insulin sensitivity, but hell I’d like to eat non stop, I’m always hungry, I typically eat 1500-2000 calories over my recommended, if don’t eat at least 1000 over I lose weight, and my brain never gets that signal hey your full, after I eat I just get more hungry it never ends, when I was a kid, I was the skinny kid at the Pizza Hut buffet that would load up 10 plates and complain when they stopped bringing pizza, most people were always disgusted by how much I eat, still are, but I love food and so does my body

Most days I make a apple banana smoothie with peanut butter, protein powder, some chocolate chips and oat milk. Some days I swap the apple for frozen peach. I also freeze my bananas.

Skipping breakfast everyday is a very common strategy people use to follow the 16/8 IF method by eating 12pm-8pm, while there certainly are other flavors of IF, that's definitely a popular one. But you can do 9am-5pm and eat breakfast too, it's mostly personal preference.
Lifestyle habits matter way more than whether or not you skip breakfast tho, no one is obese just because they skip breakfast, and the studies Google found for me all seem to conclude that eating vs. skipping breakfast actually makes no difference when it comes to weight gain/loss. And regarding other health benefits, the jury is still out, lots of contradictory stuff out there, the few studies showing some differences are not randomized, no control group, just observational studies that admit no real conclusions can be drawn from it. So there may or may not be benefits, but if there are, it's minimal at best, and certainly a drop in the bucket of choices one can make to be 'healthy'.
At the end of the day nutrition varies person to person and depends on the person's goals. When it comes to health, what really matters is keeping a balanced healthy diet and good lifestyle habits. Eat breakfast if you're hungry, don't if you're not, and if you're going to eat lucky charms, might as well skip it lmao.

We drink both cows and goats milk from our farm, I have since birth, def huge benefit to raw milk over the shit on the shelves, however I doubt you’ll find any other ns er drinking raw milk.
I also grew up, and still eat raw meat and organs, no bs I’ll kill it and eat it in the woods where I kill it, would love to see more Americans on this kinda diet but honestly without a vastly superior and diverse micro biome, it’ll make most very sick.
