As the title states I am trying to figure out who usually has a better park in April as I am taking a trip on the 7th. Trying to figure out if I should go to both or just one but doing just one would be cheaper cause the spring pass.
As a die hard meadows skier, timberline's park is infinitely better.
If you wanna ski all mountain and then also some park, meadows is the move. But pure park is timberline without question.
You get a much better value out of buying a Meadows ticket
Honestly, in April, it’s either or.
Timberline is going to have a more “consistent” good park setup, with 4 good jumps off Normin.
Meadows however has a lot better terrain and a lot more to explore than timberline will especially since Palmer will more than likely not be open.
Meadows has also been doing some pretty fire setups off of Forest park.
My advice is just to wait to buy a spring pass until the last minute and then just check the cams/snow forecast. If the snow looks good go to Meadows. If not and you just wanna lap park, go to timberline.
Also if you’re willing to travel a bit further south, bachelor also has a spring pass and has great parks and good terrain (from what I hear, never actually been other than preseason)
Take in to account. Meadows WILL close before Timberline, and Meadows will also start limiting days during the week.

Can confirm. Bachelor would give you both excellent parks and good all mountain.
Snow pack is extremely questionable across Oregon this year. If you're looking for anything more than pure park, waiting it out is the move.
