I have an unfortunate shit schedule that hit's right between the time I line up for first chair on a pow day, and when the lifts open. So I'm usually running from the line to take a dump and get back in time for first chair. I have tried for years to change it. Stopping drinking coffee on the drive up has helped....but still. It's an issue.

I have the same coffee/ no coffee shit problem. for me I think its not eating in the morning or eating a little. I'd think a solid month of breakfasts with no coffee would fix it

I have to drink Metamucil every morning which keeps my body on schedule. I dont almost shit my britches every morning but I am very regular at 6am.

j/k , try warm fluids upon awakening , just enough cardio to speed the heart, planks to shuttle blood to your midsection, water/Gatorade, gargle extremely vigorously with water not mouthwash, ( should need to keep a towel in front of your mouth to prevent splash), give your body 3 hours 45 minutes to digest last meal before sleep, don’t snack between meals, try soluble fiber like carrots and yams, limit starch and carbs, limit caffeine in eve, sleep better, if u can sneak the tip past that sbh, a saline enema will get ya empty before first chair, not my first choice tho

Very good then, poop interfering with anything just sucks, but interrupting mountain time is just unacceptable
