is it realistic to think i could learn up to 2p2 (swaps and other cool shit too) this summer if my summer setup actually works this year. at the height of this season (rail wise) i could blind 2 out of rails and front and blind 2 off boxes. idk why i learned back and not front but that doesn’t matter.
Yes, it all depends on how much time you put into it. If you practice everyday until the start of next season, and don't Sam Zahner yourself too many times, you'll have an amazing rail game.

do you think it’ll transfer to snow well and the confidence will be there?
Metal is always scarier, but if you have enough practice you should be able to do it.

Metals definately scarier as mentioned but I find that getting proper speed and traction on snow is way easier than plastic or turf. I feel like if u can 2 on on a summer setup u should easily be able to 2 on on snow... it just comes down to guts to try it on metal.
Goodluck
I don’t think metal’s any scarier. Doing shit on a summer setup is hard sometimes because you’re coming into the rail from way above and you’re staring down at it. Normally you’re on plane with the rail the whole time on snow. Also weird cause on turf or M-Snow you can’t turn or micro adjust yourself, plus speeds always slow.
pretty much if you can do a backswap pretz 2 or something consistently on a summer setup rail then it should be easy as fuck on snow
