My local town pool has 2 nice diving boards lasts summer I was trying spins with grabs and flat spins and mistys. Basically I’m just wondering if I do enough of it will the air awareness will translate to skiing?
Yes, 100%. Its probably the best training for jump body mechanics. That and you look like a G floating huge Lincoln Loops off the high dive. When I was on the CU Freeride Program we would hit up the Rec Center diving boards all the time. On of the best practice technique is to keep your eyes up when you jump on the board and not down at your feet, this will correct a lot of issues people have on park jumps.

Yeah. Diving boards, tramps, ramps. Skateboarding, rollerblading, foam pits, wakeboarding. It all helps.

Lol park rails and street rails on a board are way different. There’s some park rails I can slide but if u tried to slide a rail like that in the streets I’d die. Grinding rails is to hard. Even sliding taller rails at the skate park are
