I feel like I have my bag of tricks and then that is it, I can't push myself to commit to trying a cork, or even if I am ready to try to cork. I also can't grab during a spin for my life, I feel like this is common thing because the next step would bump my risk of getting hurt a lot. I don't know why I'm so afraid of getting hurt when I never have. Any tips?
For spinning with grabs: Try training the grab on its own for a couple of runs until it becomes second nature. Then incorporate it into smaller spins. Always try and grab later than you think. E.x for a 360, grab at 270. This trains you to be more patient in the air. Many times people start to go for the grab at 90 degrees and hurt themselves bc they fuck up their balance in the air.
For cork: Learn uprights 7s and do a safety grab at 360. After doing a bunch of 7 safeties, you can try to dip out the last 360. It's pretty safe to work your axis up like that.
What @koolkale said, but also have you tried using a trampoline or a airbag or water ramp if you have those last two available to you? They can definitely help with learning the rotation in a pretty safe way and boost confidence. And just for learning rotations and air awareness and control tramps can help for sure (I know tramp doesn’t translate perfect to snow for all tricks) especially if you don’t/are scared of going upside down or off axis in general
Ride more, ride with friends, watch some edits to hype you up, or embrace the mediocrity and just enjoy riding at mellow levels.

Another really good thing for training air awareness is cliff jumping. I can only huck a few lousy dubs off some rocks, but training single flips from 30+ feet makes u really dial the trick and understand the rotation with context to the jump.

Yeah I totally get that, as for the embracing of mediocrity, I feel like the fun of skiing can be always trying to push and get better, but I agree skiing is skiing mellow or not its gonna be a blast.
