What is everyone's thought on putting footbeds in Full Tilts? I personally have issues with toe bang when I land too hard off a rail or jump. I recently just tried tossing in a footbed without heat molding... the boot ended up being to tight to the point that I couldn't put my foot in. I'm assuming I would need to heat mold one into my boot for it to fit right?

I took the ultracush insoles out of my vans one day and stuffed them in the boots, then I switched to blue superfeet. I didnt have toe bang problems, but if your foot moves that much maybe the boots are too loose?
I use footbeds in my FT’s. But you’re right. You’ll need to do a reheat, then stuff the footbeds in first, then your foot. I can’t imagine not using footbeds.

Yeah I use blue super feet too. If you have an issue with your toes banging the front of the boot, your boots are too long. A footbed is going to actually pull your toes back even further. But if you wanna put one in, reheat the liners, put the footbed in, then your foot, then all of it in the shell. Or go to a bootfitter and they can do it.

So I've been riding the FT Classics since 2014, just bought the First Chair 120s (they should be here any day now). Was curious if the issue was that they were so warned down. I'm also switching from the wrap to the tongue, I think the wrap is too loose for my foot so I'm hoping the tongue will help for a tighter fit. Will it be an issue for me to put a footbed in the 120s even if there's isn't a factory?

It’s the opposite, the wrap liner hugs the lower leg a lot better. There should be a factory footbed in the new boot, I would suggest molding them and putting your footbed in during the process like I described before.
So I'm no bootfitter, but here's what i did to get rid of the toebang.
I bought a pair of seth morrison full tilts and was getting toebang. So I bought a foam sheet from here:
https://www.tognar.com/ski-and-snowboard-boot-fitting-foam-10-x-10/
and a butterfly wrap here:
https://www.tognar.com/boot-fitting-foam-ankle-wrap-pads-1-8-pr/
and I put the butterfly wrap on the outside of the liner, where my ankle sits, and cut off the back part so it wasn't pushing my foot forward, only keeping my heel and ankle more locked in place.
If you want more ankle grip then throw the foam sheet on
Then I bought these really cheap insoles
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075CXBKCL/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_i_USArEb7R4VDYD
And that was it, no toe bang for 2 years now.
That's just what worked for me though. So do with this info what you will.

Another good diy ankle wrap solution is this. I personally use them and love them. Your able to dial the position of c or j bars in without it being permanent. It’s also an awesome company.
