Rip ACL, PCL, or popliteas tendon. You just dropped like 25ft to flat dude of course it hurt. That was a pretty dumb move but I'm psyched you filmed it lmao.
Rest/ice/compress/elevate. It it continues to hurt or swells and gets red see a doc don't try to tough it out.
Edit: your calf hurts because a heel release that violent torques your tib/fib backwards as your femur continues to fall forward, this stresses the calf muscles, pcl, and popliteas (all back of the knee) which could result in a tear.
Source : not a doctor, but had postereo lateral reconstruction last summer where they repaired shit that may be similar to what hurts on you.

Calf Pain, could be a few things like pulled muscle, IT Band injury, Bad Boots, etc.
All i gotta say is invest in your boots. Go to Surefoot if you can and get a fully custom boot.
Health-wise, Fruit Based Raw Diet is the best your body can ask for man. it'll promote energy, healing, and flexibility. try it out. Feel free to DM me on Instagram @x_ANKILLA if you wanna know more.
Regardless, be easy on your body if youre in pain. take a week or two off. Incorporate stretching into your daily routine, especially before skiing.
I’m sad I saw this thread so late. OP, did you try this based on that one clown school edit?
