Well, if you wanna get into it, most non-highend sushi places are just using dyed horseradish, so wasabi on steak would be good.

Sometimes i mix some quality wasabi in with mayonnaise on a sandwich. I can eat it straight too- wasabi nose burn is like a drug to me i love it
