It can be spelt both ways, dumbass. In Russian it’s obviously «три полоски», the «и» is pronounced “ee”, just like the English “I” and “y” would be pronounced in the same context (“ski”, “sky” being the more intellectual way of doing it as it reflects on the difference of the russian letter и). Both work, but it’s more common that Russians themselves use the “y”. I don’t know what you have against me, but I’m just trying to tell you how it is because clearly you have no idea what the fuck you’re talking about.
