I just made a balance board out of an old skate deck, besides being fun as hell, do they help with anything ski specific or only general balance
def can't hurt, helps you practice balance and use all your leg muscles involved in that kinda shit
Agreed, good bases for balance and foot control. Also can help strengthen your knees to prevent injuries.
theres like a 20 dollar amazon basics circular one that I have def makes me a better skater dont know about skiing
I use a board and 2L all the time for balance and strength once you can stand on it and look away from the board for multiple minutes try bending down and grabbing cannon ball then try regular and switch crail (left hand right nose/right hand left nose/tail) also just trying squats is extremely hard but can be mastered
