Good thread lol. I'm over here trying to eat healthy and you're posting threads about chorizo filled burritos haha. I'm actually gonna try this next year. Just think.....a burrito on the chairlift...3 hours into your day...

DientoSo what do you put in your breakfast burritos?
Eggs, potatoes, spinach, sausage and or bacon. Sometimes throw some beef in anyway. Some peppers.
Usually my burritos are dictated by what I have in the fridge. But almost always have eggs, spinach, pepprrs and some sort of meat lying around.

The key is to switch it up because you can’t eat the same thing every day.
Lately its been sausage, but I just bought some bacon. I found some riced cauliflower /sweet potato so I throw that in there. Easy veggies and you don’t taste the addition. Sometimes I throw rice in there to bulk it up. Cheese and sriracha every time.
spicy refried beans and a exorbitant amount seasoned ground beef with green pepper, green onion, sour cream and spinach tortilla
Got some carne asada and sirloin strip steak in the fridge, makin some fire burritos tomorrow.
Personally I like beef, brown rice, avocado, lettuce, onions, cilantro, black beans, cheese, and hot sauce. You can replace the meat with anything of your choice, but in my experience beef is the best.
For a easy version you could use rice, meat, beans and sauce.
Eggs, hash browns, sausage or bacon, black beans, picodigo, cheese for breakfast ones.
Wrap them up once all the food is cooled of and then freeze them.

My best advice would be to make a pot of chili and then throw it in some totilas and then bake them in the oven. You get chili and burritos. You pretty much can't go wrong.
