Having inguinal hernia surgery in august and the recovery time is pretty long. Surgery should be like 30 to 45 mins but I just wanna know how long it would take before I can fall on rails and send some more shit this season. Also, if anyone else had it, whats it like
just because its non ski gaber doesnt mean we are medical professionals, ask your doctor, the answer is probably subjective

I know, but I was just wondering if anyone else here had the surgery and could just let me know what to expect. I know I can get all that info from the doctor but I thought I could just ask other people who ski who may have had it.
one time i flexed so hard on these hoes i caught a hernia :'(
Dr. NS here,
The surgery is going to result in some pain. Once the pain goes away you are clear for some light exercise. You want to slowly introduce stress to the area. Do not go 0 to 100.
Trust me I'm not a doctor
Ask the guy giving the surgery. I feel like he’s an expert in the subject.
