I'm currently taking the TRVP_ANGEL course on Newschooler Thread Generation. Very enlightening.
Ellipticals offer a quality cardio workout for people who have difficulty with traditional cardio workouts such as running. Fuck a treadmill

Yeah I agree. Treadmills are stupid. Have you ever used an arc trainer before? They're amazing. Ellipticals just feel like I'm shuffling my feet back and forth at half stride. The arc trainers let me get almost max stride in different ranges of motion and are supposedly even better on joints and other aspects.
One thing people often overlooked though with treadmills is the Incline. Crank that sucker to max incline and walk at a brisk pace. It's tough.

I appreciate the inclines. When I hike i crush uphill shit unfortunately will prolly never be able to run again so brisk hiking/walking is all i got
If I had to rate popular gym cardio options I'd say:
Stairmaster>arc trainer>stationary bike with simulation tv>stationary bike>treadmill on incline>elliptical>treadmill
Also spinning is a helluva workout.
