This past season I had Vishnu Wets and I loved them but I find myself having as much fun on groomers and non park trails. Is it worth getting dedicated all mountain and still having my wets or going for a inbetween 100ish width ski that can do it all? I love my wets but I want something with more versatility and something chargeable.
You should stack up a quiver of 3 or four pairs.
you can totally still rip the Wets all over, it just depends on your style and approach to skiing and gear
BUT the Wets have a glaring lack of 3 major aspects of an all mtn ski-- stiffness, width, and directional sidecut/stance. if you're getting into all mtn stuff then you will almost certainly find yourself desiring a ski with more width for soft snow etc and a non-center mount point that lets you drive your skis and not have tip dive in soft snow, more backbone to charge with, and a sidecut and mount point that lends itself to big powerful turns
i tend toward having a 2 ski quiver. one park ski and one freeride/charging/soft snow ski. a nice mid fat stiffer all mtn ski could complement your Wets really well

This.
Keep the wets and get something 105-120 for ripping outside the park.
From deep pow lines to tight skied out glades, to the kinkiest jibs, the Head Supershape can do it all.
Obviously I’m biased but what you described is exactly what we designed the wides for, and they’re still a great park ski if/when your wets are smoked.

Get something stiff, stable, tip+tail rocker, 100-110 underfoot. On3p Jeffrey, moment wildcat 108, j skis metal all fit the bill pretty well.

Yeah, I want a super charging beast that can do everything but I don’t have that around me so I don’t know if it’s worth another pair if i can use it to it’s limits.

Hmmm, I do think they’d be pretty dope. Do you think the 183 Wide + is a better option?

either would do fine most likely, but if you want that extra power and go for the plus.

Where do you ski? A decently stiff 90s waist all mtn twin can ski well literally anywhere.
Im a fan of Vishnu, I’m hyped that they exist, but don’t get another pair of Vishnus for this role, you’re specifically asking for something very not-Vishnu haha. Let your Wets be your pure park ski and get something with some balls to complement it, is my suggestion

Butternut Ski Mountain, it’s like 5 minute runs from the summit and we got maybe 8 inches for our biggest snowstorm this last year 🤦🏼♂️ I just want that STEEP AND DEEP but the east coast struggle is real

icelantic nomad 105s are a good rip everything ski, super stable but playful
All mtn can be fun but i could never do it since I live on east coast. If somehow i Had to ski groomers/normal slopes all day for the rest of my ski career I simply wouldn’t be having as much fun skiing.
