And what difference does that make? That emo's still existed back then, and you still listen to my chemical romance?
And thank you for the recommendations, very cool. It's not my type of music though, i never really enjoyed any type of core, deathcore or hardcore.

I'm not exactly in the loop when it comes to the latest and greatest in music that's all. None of those bands are emo though, and I wasn't into my chemical bromance but they were just a crappy pop band, nothing emo there either despite popular nomenclature.
Iirc you're into doom and sludge and shit like that right?
There are a lot of similarities musically.
Ever listen to post-rock shit?

Oh it’s fine, I was just making a joke cause you said how you were most likely older than me and shit like that. I figured why not make an emo joke (and yeah, I know chemical romance isn’t emo, but it fits into the scene pop culture and it’s just stereotypical).
yeah, I am into doom and sludge, as much as I am into psych indie and alternative lol
And you are right about that
i do quite enjoy post rock and post punk. And also the band you recommended up top is good!

Neurosis is awesome, be careful though, everything before 'Souls at Zero' was hardcore, then they evolved significantly. Souls at Zero, Through Silver in Blood, and Enemy of the Sun are all fantastic. I saw these guys play a High School gym in '94ish.
Change up the genre and check out some good old drum and bass
Damn, now I feel like poppin molly

I despise metalcore and deathcore, every fucking band sounds the same and uses the same layout in every song.
Not or sure if you’d like any of these but I’ll at least try

I don't really know how either. When I listened through it though, it put the image in my head of Toki and Skwisgaar shredding it.

Nice! These 4 albums are all pretty out there. Especially channel orange. Let me know what you think. If you like Tame Impala you will like the album Urban Flora.
