Ok so I'm dying to try my first cork or flip. I can do all most of the basic trampoline tricks, backflip, frontflip, sideflip, cork 7, cork 9, 1/2 full, full, misty 5, etc... I'm afraid I will get hurt trying my first cork or flip. Is there a progression that is easy for a first inverted trick like maybe a cork 3 or something. If you have any tips lmk!
Definitely start with a backflip. They're super easy once you've done a few and they're very easy to practice on a trampoline/flatground. If you feel comfortable doing layouts on a trampoline I'd recommend building a little kicker with your friends the next time you get a solid amount of snow and trying it there before you take it to a real park. I'm not going to go into specifics on how to do one in this thread cause there are already hundreds of threads explaining that on this site. Search "How to learn a backflip" either here or on StompItTutorials on Youtube.

After you learn backflip, go look at the "tricks to learn after backflip thread"
One thing that has helped me so much through the years is learning how to crash. There's a few videos around just Google "how to crash on skis" and not only will it help you prevent injury, it'll boost your confidence so much and you'll learn so much faster. Check out the video in one of my threads, I basically am upside down/facing the wrong way and eat shit on the knuckle with no pain. I've crashed more doing corks than I've landed and so far no injuries at all, knock on wood. Learning how to crash safely has been the best "trick" ive ever learned
cork 3s are way easy. start doing a few hand drag 3s and stay tucked midair and they come around by themselves. start carving them harder and take your hands off the ground so you dont look like an idiot and boom u can cork
start with backflip then maybe lincoln and then rodeo 5, after that you have a solid trick bag and some confidence to try bigger tricks!
drop your following shoulder and try an off axis throw motion with your arms. it'll take a minute to adjust but you'll get it

agreed do backflip but skip Lincolns. do flatspins/rodeos instead. Lincoln loops don't work well on snow in my experience. going onto a perfect side flip axis doesn't work well cause jumps kick you back by nature.
If you can 7 on snow start with a cork 7. Dip your shoulder and it will come around.
