Hi I am an advanced all mountain skier who can carve really well and can ski on any terrain. I am 15 years old and am 5 foot 4. I want to get into the freestyle skiing, but not only in the park, I am also interested in doing off-piste freestyle. I am 163 cm and have demoed a couple powder and carving skis but I could never find some where to demo freestyle skis. In the past I skied kids freestyle skis but they were extremely skinny and cheap. I want to get a ski that is within 90-105 mm under foot and that is not stiff since I want to learn butters. I also want it to be playful since my dad lets me borrow his carving skis for when I want to work on my form. I was looking into the Faction Candide 2.0, Armada Edollo, Armada ARV96, Faction Prodigy 2.0, and Volkl revolt 95. I was about to purchase the Candide but am still not sure since I do not have a place to demo them. What ski do you guys recommend and in what sizes. Thank you sin advanced.
I skis allplays are a good all mountain ski too. Personally I prefer a narrow park specific ski and a larger big mountain. I can see the appeal of a one ski to rule them all since they aren’t cheap but it’s worth forking over the extra dough to get multiple solid set ups

I can only get one pair since I cannot afford to buy multiple pairs. I already have 80 mm waist carving Solomon skis but I want a wider ski for park and off piste skiing. Do you think any of my options are worth buying?

The Dollo is a great ski. Candide 2.0 is wicked light and a great starter ski but not very durable. The faction warrenties are great though. The prodigy is heavier but solid AF. Overall any of those skis are gonna get you mad babes compared to your current twigs. Just be sure to center mount them and lip on 2 out of everything.

Thank you so much for the advice.
I was also looking at park/all mountain freestyle skis in the 100 mm range and went with the candide 2.0s. Probably the best off-piste freestyle ski out of the ones you listed but like others say the durability isn't as great as the others.

ColingarnesObligatory Kartel 96 post.
Ill look into those, thanks! Out of my options though what do you think are best.
Ct 2.0 personally. But I'd also look into the J ski allplay like the other guy mentioned.

I think I have narrowed it down to the CT 2.0 and the Edollo. But I cannot decide which one!
I cant find a place to demo them and do not want to spend that much money and regret it.

It’s rare to demo a park ski due to the nature of the skiing on them. No one wants you to hit rails and then give them back. Plus people think hey these are just rentals I can thrash the shit out of them. I think you can’t go wrong with either of those skis. I also have a pair of last years CT 2.0s the black and gold that I could send ya. Never mounted. $400. Message me if interested.
