Not sure if there is a problem with my binding

Hey guys i got a new pair of bindings (marker griffon) mounted on my skis the other day. When i got home i noticed a gap between my binding and ski and im not sure if it is safe to ski like that. Here is a link to a picture https://ibb.co/gdf9af I know it isnt that big but on the other ski there is no gap. Can somone help me.

If it were me, id go to the shop and have a fit. Press em a bit to see if they think it’s an issue and ask for a refund or something? Also, market griffons are sketch. The toe piece will break if you give er.

Probably not grounds for a refund, but you could ask that they tighten the screws. There's a chance that the tech saw the screws pushing on the base and stopped before the binding was fully secured, and if that's the case, it's their job to fix it for free. I used to always side with ski shops as far as work on gear goes, but I've dealt with some pretty shitty overpriced work before, and know some people who are awful at their jobs as certified techs.

sometimes the plastic on griffins warps a little, so although the plastic it doesnt quite sit flush, the screws are as deep as they need to be. that pic looks like too much tho, just grab a screwdriver and tighten it down

Maybe the screws are not in all the way and maybe they plastic is just not flush. Can't tell from the picture. Get it looked at and make sure the screws are in all the way.

Plastic warps a bit. If that same gap is noticeable between where the screws sit then check with a shop. If it is just visible in the front of the binding then it is fine

Def go back to the shop, front piece doesnt look like it's fully mounted as certain pressures can cause that part to begin wobble a bit. The shop should fix it for free.

A nearest overpriced ski shop in 1hr radius mounted 1 of my bindings off by about 1cm, fortunately it's adjustable bindings and Im able to move the binding forward slightly.

Thanks for the replys the guy at the shop said theres no problem its just the plstic that warps up a bit.
