Small ski builder in northern Michigan that seems to build nice stuff, just don’t hear a lot about them. Anyone with any personal experience with them?
they have a youtube channel if you need more experience.
seems like a small brand so it could be risky, durability wise.
It looks like they make some sick skis....never rode any though
I demo'ed their really fat powder skis at Mount Bohemia and it was a rather miserable time. Way stiff for pow skis and there was zero rocker. The tips were nearly flat to the ground and dug into moguls because the skis didn't flex and absorb bumps. Maybe their other models are slightly better, but don't get your hopes up.

Yes they do. My question would be durability and overall construction. I’m a total On3p slappy but shaggy’s has intrigued me for a couple years. Very similar story to Scott and how On3p started.
I came in here thinking this was about Shaggy (the singer) or Shaggy (from Scooby-Doo) skiing.....
don't expect the ski to last more than 1 season. the edges cracked on the underfoot in less than a month for me. the top sheets are weird and chip off in huge chunks. but the part that bothers me is the constant delamination issues on the base and side wall. I currently try to fix that as I'm getting ready for jibs and salsa. if you are planning on taking these skis anywhere near rails be prepared for them to brake and brake a lot.
Sorry to hear TowRope had delam and chipping issues....we've been testing Shaggy's skis since 2011...had several pairs for a full season of testing with different skiers and they held up great, generally stiffer than most skis, like to be driven rather than ridden in lazy mode. Pretty burly builds, and they've been exploring different topsheets to reduce the chipping on the earlier models. See some reviews at http://exoticskis.com/Forum/default.aspx?g=topics&f=25
I rode them this year
nmwninjartHad anyone tried the Sarge 95?
Is that the poor ski that you have the clamps on in the picture you shared?
What did you think of them?

most fun ski I have ever rode. have so much control on rails you cant make the flex if you want. but like I said the base seems to always want to come off and the edges like to brake and fall off
Looks like they copied moments triple camber idea on some of their models
