10+ years ago: learn 3s and how to slide rails
Now: still mostly doing 3s and regular rail slides.
Not that I haven't progressed, just whenever I get in a park I just like to do top to bottom fluid and quick runs with big smooth (at least from my perspective) 1/3/5s and at most a lip b2 on rails. I just really like the feeling of that and couldn't care much to do bigger spins or more rail dancing.
Also most of my progression has been outside the park.

ur park progression is exactly where i wanna be. throwing 3s and lip b2’s consistantly.
Could only 180 this time 2 years ago.
Now I can cork 7, backflip, flatspin, kfed, front swap pretz 2.
1st szn in the Park: 360s and 180s, hitting rails straight on
2nd szn: nothing bc concussions
This szn: front and b2, 5s, polishing 360s etc
Four years ago: had my saga-boy k-fed down with perfect form
Now: can't k-fed
Started skiing park this season, have down rail slides both ways, backslides, 1s and sketchy 3s, nose presses and surface swaps on boxes, starting to get front swaps down, still cant spin out of rails but hoping to get that down today
I started following my buddies off of the hard pack and into the resort outbacks, where the powder is softer and deeper than I am used to. It took a lot of cramping legs, tree crashes, and gaped landings to finally say that i'm just a LITTLE bit more confident to just bomb my lines, but there will always be that moment when i'm not sure where to land on the bottom of a cliff and I have to do the pole wack. Eventually I want to be able to do a lot more in resort outbacks and the back country. I have a pretty good crew this season so if things play out right I will have my own setup for next winter. There are are so many spots I want to check out in my lifetime, i'm excited to dive deeper (literally) into this.

damn thats some pretty fast progression how many days have u been in park
So 10 years ago I was having the time of my life, and nowadays I’m having the time of my life and thats all that matters!
I started skiing park this yr, 11 days on hill and have regular slides down as well as 360s and 180s but really want to be able to ski out switch off a rail but can't kyle my self up to it for some reason, tips?

if its a mental block u gotta get over it urself but my advice is continue rotating on the rail, almost like a 180 on a rail. if u keep rotating it’ll be easier to pop off the rail switch cuz ur spinning in that direction anyways.
Progressively becoming worse each year as spinning is not that appealing anymore to me
I skied alpine for 18 years and decided to pick up tele skiing last season. Still got my 3s, and now I'm really good at finishing my 1s with a quick face plant. As for rails Im trying to work in a knee drop on the rail, got to get it down on boxes first though.

Maybe 13?
My most insane progression has probably been flips.
January 2017=Backflip
March 2017=Flat 3, Rodeo 5(sketchy)
June 2017=cork 7, 9 (sketchy)
I've also gotten decent at rails, if y'all check my season edit or Woodward edit you would know what I mean
Second season skiing, I can do fat 180s and a few grabs. Wanna start doing rails but I need park skis. Don’t wanna fuck up my nice skis
3 years ago: surface swaps switch 3s and 5s simple stuff
now: probably the same thing. Becoming a ski instructors drains you of your nut and leaves now energy/time
My biggest progression in the last few years is that I can trick natural features now, 360s, backflips and flat 3s, usually off of windlips or small pillows. I've gotten a lot smoother overall as well.
I don't ski park as much as I used to and I've lost some rail tricks but I learned both backside 450s off last year and got some tricks on more difficult features like k feds on double kinks and disaster 270s on.
My last new jump trick was rodeo five, which I learned about 5 years ago. I became a bit of a pussy on jumps after a string of injuries but I want to get back into it this year because I have a lot of fun when I learn new tricks. I want to get cork 3-7 down as soon as I build a good jump or the local park opens.
switched from snowboarding and starting riding park on skis last march, got rode 5 backflip, frontswap, front 4 back 2

Welcome back from the darkside
~2nd year skiing park and I've almost got k-feds on lock. Learned backslide, front swap, unnatural front swap and front surface swap, safety slide, 5050 on features that aren't boxes, unnatural front 2, sw lip front 2, front 2 tail tap, safety slide b2, and i've also learned how to rip your heel piece out.
Last year I started working on 3’s toward the end of the season. Now I am stomping them pretty consistently. I am eager for the park to open so I can start learning a 5.
