I really need help on how to cork. I've watched so many videos and still can't get it. "Dip your shoulder down and spin" is what they all say and I can't get it. I really need some help if someone could explain it well, I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Practice on a trampoline and do a bunch of 360s to your back, when you've got those down try bouncing back up to your feet. Then fckn sendr when you're ready. They're easy once you get the concept.
