whats yalls fav mountain you have skiied wether its the park or the actual mountain whats you favorite.
I'm a EC skier, however I went out west for the first time last year to Breckenridge and it was amazing. On the EC I really liked Stowe
Copper always has a sick park and pipe. Def up on my list for parks. Jhole was probably my favorite place I've ridden. Obviously for the mountain, but the regular and stash parks were pretty dank as well.
Breckenridge, CO.
Just such an authentic, mountain town vibe. Really nice to get up there and escape city life, ya know?
Plus the mountain is always really fast, they get tons of POW, lift lines are usually not bad compared to other places.
Tons of people ride park out there and everyone is super nice to each other and are always willing to help out. Seriously, no clickiness or bro brahh bruhhhh in the scene up that way.
Oh, and pretty affordable too!

^ Couldn't have said it better, and don't know how I forgot to mention how cool the town was. Being out there makes me never want to ski the east coast ever again...

Yikes... this is awkward
Park_RangerYikes... this is awkward
I don't know if your post about Breck was sarcastic or if it's the fact that I think WC skiing is so much better than my crappy home mountain aka Holiday Valley

Lol, this made me think of a real version for this though.
Crested Butte is a fucking sweet mountain/town. I could definitely live there. Parks aren't anything to write home about though but it's a dope spot.
Squaw valley is a gem for the west I think. One of the more low key resorts. Jackson is undeniably awesome for all mtn. But I want to ride mammoth some day.
I've always been a park rat but two years ago my homie convinced me to get an Alta pass and found out that place is the tits
Jackson Hole is definitely up there for all mountain. Some crazy inbounds terrain and back country.
- Snowbird/Alta. Its funny watching hardo locals draw lines in the sand but I love to ski both of them. Bird has a bit of a sweet spot for me but I love LCC in its glorious entirety.
Whistler - unbelievably better than anything on the east (where i live)

Crested Butte, Winter Park or Grand Targhee.
I can't believe no one has mentioned winter park or targhee yet, winter park always has a super sick setup, and targhee is often overlooked being so close to Jackson, but there set up last year was pretty dope, they had stairs, FUCKING STAIRS.

Winter park is def underrated. I love their terrain.
Les Arcs in France. Been skiing there for 7 years and there is everything you could want, good park, great terrain, nice groomers, good tree skiing.
TheSmokinLWinter park is def underrated. I love their terrain.
I live at the base so I'm definitely biased....
RED Mountain all the way. Super small condensed hill. First ski resort in Canada, OG venue for the first ever Red Bull Cold Rush, super steep, cliffy, powdery terrain. Awesome snow. No lift lines, ever, even on a powder day. The only thing that could improve would be more money put into the park which is kind of small but the crew is great and always put together a pretty sweet setup despite their measly budget.
Red looks awesome ive also been wanting to go there for a while becuase i love steep runs
Targhee is like, legendary every year but If I had to pick a place to live? Keystone/ Dillion area. Too many amazing resorts to ski, close to Denver and some solid parks. Never a dull day.
Park_RangerYikes... this is awkward
Lol jaded dbag vs honest kook. As usual kook wins, Breck forever, just never find yourself there on a weekend or holiday.

Squallywood is low key?? I hope you are being sarcastic. I love Squaw, I spent half a decade ski bumming there, my all-time favorite mountain, but I would not call it low key. Sick steeps and cliffs, but definitely loud and brash. I would call Alpine Meadows more of a low key mountain. Same with Kirkwood or Sugar Bowl, both great mountains that could be called low key.
I spend about 3 weekends a month at Mammoth now, and I absolutely love it, but I prefer Squaw. Mammoth is great though, very underrated nationally because not many non-socal people go there. I also love Snowbird/Alta, sick terrain and tons of snow.
I don't really ski the park, so if that's your thing don't listen to my recommendations.

Man I love squaw. More or less meant like, it's not the hill that throws out major ski edits or anything. Its top 3 of my fav mtns.

well skiing holiday instead of peek n peak is your first mistake..
killington is by far my favorite mountain ive been to. Hood is a close second but nothing beats the vibe that Killy has.
tyrolLol jaded dbag vs honest kook. As usual kook wins, Breck forever, just never find yourself there on a weekend or holiday.
Everything about that place is facade created in corporate marketing meetings, with the goal being to get people from all over the world to come and rent skis so that the bottom line can be driven up for wall street. Enjoy!
Mammoth. Chair 22 on a pow day is with out a doubt some of the best skiing on the west coast. We've got multiple big ass parks and a park crew that works hard as fuck to build creative and badass features. Best of all, it's really fucking difficult to get to Mammoth by any means but a car. That means that the majority of people who come to the mountain are weekenders from LA which means there's no liftlines during the week. And if the crowds are ever too much you're only 30 minutes away from the perennially empty June Mountain.
If I ever get the chance to dip into us I will. Always wanted to hit up mammoth, squaw and Jackson. Up here I love revy, my local hill cop is by far the best thing for in city park skiing I've heard of. And the community is pretty chhill
Wolf Creek and Monarch in Colorado. Both kind of smaller mountains but Wolf creek always gets SHIT on with snow and monarch is a sick mountain that has the "mountain rules" vibe from that Its Always Sunny episode lol.
Brighton. Tons of snow, no crowds. Easily accessible side country and cheap. Lots of fun runs too
I’m so lucky to have 7 Springs as my home mtn. I feel bad for all the kids on the east coast who aren’t lucky as me and have really bad parks and terrain.
I love skiing at Willamette pass in Oregon, it's a hidden gem and gets tons of snow. It has the steepest in bounds ski run in Oregon 53 degrees at points. It also has the only 6 person high speed lift in Oregon. It has some of the best lines I have ever skied and has a ton of backcountry access ski terrain. Message me if you want to know a sick pillow zones minutes away from the pass. Anyone how goes to Mt bachelor or that area should go check it out, go the the backside for the gnarly cliffs

Breck is great for park, but there are many better mountains for Big Mountain

Breck sucks for big mountain, go to Winter park or crested butte

Wow that place looks like a riot on a pow day
Chubz.Wow that place looks like a riot on a pow day
Not at all, most of the time you can ski on to the lift basically, bachelor is so much worse on a pow day

Oh gotcha my b
Killi is a good go to. Longer season than most mountains out west, huge for a mountain on the east, has a good park and gets a good amount of snow.
Powder Mountain Utah. You can always get freshies at this place whole mountain feels like an OB trip untouched terrain and basically no one else on the mountain
1 Squaw Valley
2 Val Thorens
3 Las Lenas
4 Mammoth
5 Cerro Catedral

P.S. I live in Colorado, which is a great place to live, but the skiing is way sicker in more exotic locales
Colorado: Keystone
Utah: Brighton
PA: 7 Springs (Big Boulder is a close second but I'm biased)
Ohio: This state sucks ass. Don't ski here
New York: Whiteface (Lake Placid is a dope town too)
New Hampshire: Gunstock
West Virginia: Silvercreek. Way better than Snowshoe.
