What the fuck is this bullshit? Like how stupid r this kids fans? He doesn't even sing like at his live performances, she lip syncs behind back tracks
I was at a post show a few weeks ago I find his stuff to be amazing especially live, go flex baby
He looks like that community college/tech school drop out in every small town that's 25, sells pills, and tries to fuck 16 year olds
if you watch a lot of live shows, very few rappers actually rap without having background lyrics and heavily relying on them these days. The only two that I've watched that had no audible background lyrics are action bronson and asap ferg

ya those r bottom of the barrel rappers. u dont see eminem using no backtracks. isnt a live performance supposed to be "live" music?
Sounded like you didn't take enough drugs op
umm what the fuck kinda standard have we lowered ourselves down to? the beasties boys wouldnt be caught dead sining over back tacks, either would enimen, or the backstreet boys. i see the comments on Post Malone's live videos and for some fucked up reason, everyone says he has a good voice? but he needs to use back tracks? like wtf?? if ur going to use backtracks at a live show, then dont even show up.

Fuck the beastie boys, backstreet boys, Eminem, all of them, post Malone is the greatest rapper of our generation. You're just envious that you're too retarded to enjoy his music like the rest of us. I'll have you know he has the voice of an angel who ascended from the heavens.

I'm not sure your understanding, post Malone is a lyrical genius, much more intellectual than any other mainstream rappers and old. One could even say the greatest of all time. His song white iverson, which is in fact my favourite song, is actually discussing the privileged minority within the education system and the struggles these minority's face in regards to our distopian like socialist society. He is a genius and has a sense of music and style ahead of our time and you're to much of a retard to see it. Look for the deeper meaning of his music and listen to his perfect angelic voice.
I agree doublecup, not a huge post malone fan but hey, everyone has different tastes.

Cultural appropriation, the guy is white and repping cornrows. He is stealing the flavor of black rap. Charlemagne the God calls him a culture vulture. Putting lyrics in your song like "saucin saucin" is true genius. The guy is a poor mans Riff Raff. At least Riff Raff was from the hood, Stupid Malone is rich kid.

LOL Riff Raff was a white suburban neighborhood with a chance of playing college basketball. He was no thug or involved with any street activity...

I would like to propose the latter since in reality riff raft is in fact a discount post Malone. Because you see riff raff was not from the hood however post grew up in that shit. In regards to his lyrical poem which was commonly known as "saucin saucin on you" post Malone is actually referring to the disregard to many different ethnicities in the form of referring to "sauce" commonly the different selections of such sauces. This form of poetic justice towards the higher ups of society is what the main point of the song was designated to arise. -Sauce nothing but just a metaphor for a higher regards to being and beliefs of the privileged society in which we live in today. Riff raff a suburban kid is nothing but a fraction of the ingenuity and creative power that is possesed by post Malone. It is for these reason that post Malone is and will remain the greatest lyrical and poetic rapper of the world.
Yeah, he fucking blows.
There is some good rap still coming out but most/all of the mainstream shit is fucking whack.

Lol. Hot takes:
1. Charlemagne the God is an idiot who will say anything for a reaction and to appear controversial
2. Rap is not exclusively black, it hasn't been for some time
3. Hip hop is mainstream culture, it can't be "stolen" by anyone
4. Cultural appropriation is not inherently negative, every person does it
5. Riff Raff is not "hood", his brother is a pro snowboarder for example
6. The majority of rappers these days come from backgrounds of some financial privelege

This is very true, people really don't want to believe a lot of the music industry is fake, but let me try telling you one more time. THE MUSIC INDUSTRY IS VERY FAKE. A lot of artists/rappers are putting on a persona/alternate identity to entertain you... You would be surprised on how many rappers who claim the stuff they do, have never been apart of it in the first part.

Future is a great example of this haha. In an interview he said he loves to rap about lean drugs and shit but "he doesn't live that". It's just an act he puts on, future isn't actually a sizzurp addict irl.

Umm the guy made a song called "white" iverson, he is clearly talking about race and the distinctions between blacks and whites. It's in the song name
He is repping cornrows and claiming to be the white version of Allen iverson. Dude it speaks for itself, open ur eyes

So you havent listened to any of Uzi's songs and only White Iverson, which can very easily be argued that that song isn't meant to be deep, who do you listen to that only raps about deep stuff, immortal technique? Ya obviously you have no clue what you're talking about when it comes to rap and your opinion is practically useless but please continue to argue that someone who had hundreds of millions of views on YouTube and Spotify has no talent it's quite entertaining to watch you make a fool of yourself, carry on.

Dance forever with the devil
Rebecca black made a song called Friday and ppl listened to it, ever hear of Gangnam Style? U can put a catchy tune together and find someone who will listen to it, it doesn't mean it's good. The guy appeals to teeny boppers I agree, but nobody over the age of 12 is listening to these ppl. Their fan bases r a bunch of kids, which is some straight up pedo shit

The people at his concert said otherwise. I didn't see one person under 16 at the show I went to, and a lot of the venues he is playin at are 16+ and 18+ and already sold out and Gangnam style I don't know who the twelve year old is here.

Uzi as a rapper is trash, but uzi as a pop/rockstar artist he kills it. Very entertaining, crazy persona, and a great performer. The new wave of rap is being criticized for its lack of lyrical sense, flow, mumbling, and basically riding the beat. Which they deserve because it's not really conventional rap, and it would take hundreds more artist and countless years to see that as normal rap. Hence the beat sells for a lot of the new artist rappers. Whereas if you listen to the old days of rap like technique, wu tang, NWA, etc you didn't need some crazy uptempo beat with hard hitting lows. People loved the ability of those rappers to create a lyrical masterpiece, with a message/story, and be understandable...

I completely agree wu tang and nwa were legends and still are, their music was meaning full but you also have to think about what was happening at the time of their careers, they were fighting for their own basic rights, it brought out real emotion and I'm not saying today that blacks arnt in constant danger because there still are extremists and people who have a major grudge but that was ten and this is now. Today many rappers arnt in the same position and to be fair at the end of the day you are gonna like it or you arnt and there is plenty of reason to not like modern day rappers I just don't think this kids reasons are legit and honestly it just seems like he wants attention but hey I like post and I can't make anyone else like him if they don't.
