Not sure when but ruka (Finland) has a way to preserve snow and opens pretty early
The park on the Hintertux Glacier usually opens at the end of September/start of October.
I've been the last few years and it's been a good set-up. The weather is problem though as its regularly cloudy, snowy, rainy, whiteout.

the weather is:
or this:
from one day to the next so dont expect spring-style bluebird weather
Saas Fee summer park is typically open mid-July to end-October.
Thanks for all of your replies! They have been very helpful ^^
NS is a great community.
JibberinoWhen in October?
From probably the 21st to the 31st of October.
TottedBadgesFrom probably the 21st to the 31st of October.
Well most glaciers in Europe will most likely have opened by that time.
Hintertux: Average park, medium crowded.
Stubai: High quality park, insanely crowded.
Kaunertal: Very good for jibs, medium crowded.
Dachstein: Very good for jibs, crowded on the weekends.
Kitzsteinhorn: Good allround park, not huge. Not sure about crowds.
Saas-Fee: Good for big jumps, expensive, not sure about crowds.
Dunno if Zermatt is open by then.
In france you also have Tignes, but haven't been there in 10 years.
Les 2 Alpes is good, but not sure they're open at that point yet.
There are other glaciers, these are the ones I know about.
