I keep getting pissed off at my local park with the amount Jerrys ruining the features, getting in the way, and making it dangerous to try any new trick because if you aren't 100% in control you may it them. Anyone have any suggestions on what I could do? I have spoken to ski patrol multiple times and they say we have to respect them but they aren't respecting all the park rules...
Get a few of your buddies to block off the area around the feature you are trying a new trick on if it is really that bad. I got nothing otherwise because at our hill one of the douchebag crews usually just scares the jerries away since most of them are in middle school.
seriously though, try and find a new hill in the area, or a better time to ride. At my hill, weekends 10-5ish is when the jerrys come out, so I ride early in the morning or at night, but Idk if this would work for you.
if your hill has a tow rope just take them out on the rope thats what I do when I get annoyed
Do a bunch of tricks you know in close proximity to them and do it with a lot of speed. It will scare them away. If they are having knuckle parties, don't hesitate to yell at them but after yelling you should educate them in a very calm manner.
NoImNotaBoarderJust use them as jibs
If they're in the way, and you happen to "accidentally" tap their heads, it's their fault.
I only ever get bothered by knuckle parties, but when I do I like to swear furiously at them at the top of my lungs in french. Does the trick, and they don't even know I called their mother a filthy crack whore.
Find the largest one and punch him in the face. That will assert your dominance and send a message to all the others.
attack them with ur ski
also have a battlecry when attacking
SendyMcSendyfaceBuy full tilts
I have full tilts I don't think they are helping lol

You should suggest to your mountain that they implement a "park pass" system.
As frustrating as it can be to show up to a park and need one of these... it basically totally eliminates this problem. You can even just suggest they put it in the big park (if you have multiple).
The best part? It cuts down on park injuries by like 1,000%. Risk management at the mountain will absolutely love it. Hell charge an extra $10 for the entire season to get a park pass. Couple of people showing up will be tweaked, but dude it will change your life.
I was mad about it at first when the park I worked in did it, but once I saw how amazing the results were I actually now hate going somewhere that doesn't have it.
Usually you actually fence off the whole park and you get checked at the gate before going in if you have one.
Jerry free instantly.
^this, I was so against it when one of my local hills started this, mostly just cause I was 16 though and my mom had to sign for me. Then when compared to the one Hill in my area that still doesnt have park pass's, even though they have fucking THREE parks, a very beginner one, an intermediate one, then an expert one, its obvious this is the way to go. God damnit it makes absolutely no sense when jerrys go in the outback, its on the farthest side of the hill and sometimes you have to hike to get to the lift, Mt. St. Louies Moonstone get god damn park passes!!
Actually write a letter to the mountain saying that you almost got really hurt hitting a jump because you were cut off by a beginner and that it's a high risk liability to not ensure anyone in the park understands proper park etiquette. Be polite.
Snakes are everywhere man. If you work at a resort though, you gotta be ok with them, because ultimately they are paying you.
Blue Mountain in PA has a fun beginner park at the bottom, but it is the only way to get to the base from the 10 or so trails that connect to it without walking a pretty big distance. So everyone coming from those 10 or so trail (Mosty blues and greens) go to that park no matter if they plan on doing the park or not. Just imagine the chaos, last year a kid got stuck on the lip a tiny little jump, and kids still kept hitting the jump. Also the landings basically take up the whole trail so people who don't hit the jumps ski on the landings and most of the time cut in front of the jumps. I can't even remember every time I've told someone to watch out. Just tell them what their doing wrong and be polite, spook them by telling them how badly they could hurt themselves or others if you want.
Be nice and get your friends to stand by the feature. Let them know you're coming. Not that hard
more parks should have those gaper traps at the beginning of the park like that hill in Finland with the mandatory rainbow rail to get into the park

I've never seen this before but that is legit the best idea I've ever heard.
And op there's no way to get around them in a public park. I find it helps to go early in there morning tho when almost nobody is there.
