Hey guys so this year ive been focusing on junps a lot more and have gotten 5's more consistently, learned backflips and and moving to 7's. I also want to be able to throw spins switch but I have a problem. I look over my right shoulder when I ski switch, but I spin to the left. So since I want to progress switch on jumps I have three options. Learn to spin unnatural when switch, throw everything blender, or learn to look over my other shoulder so I can throw everything normal. If you guys were in the same situation as me at one point what did you learn/ decide to do. Ps when I do switch lip onto rails I can look over my opposite shoulder but its super sketchy, not sure if it matters just thought I would mention it.
I had a similar problem and just learned riding switch over the opposite shoulder. I spent a day in the park learning to do this by going in the beginner park and just taking everything to switch. I actually became better at doing this and now I sw lip to unatty because looking over my right shoulder is too sketchy.
First of all, it's your own decision to whether or not you want to learn switch left spins so there's no answer we can give for your three options. Definitely would not recommend the blender technique to learn switch spins though.
I had the same problem as you (I spin to the left) . Looking over my right shoulder came very naturally and I was surprisingly comfortable with right switch 1s early. For left spins, my key was to learn how to ski down groomers switch, looking over both shoulders and really focusing on staggering the feet. At the time I wasn't doing this to become comfortable with switch left spins on jumps, but looking back I can see that it was valuable.
This might sound simplistic but it was a pretty long process for me. I started out going super slow, in a pizza if you will, while awkwardly forcing myself to look over my left shoulder. Then I learned how to turn well in both directions (with the same awkward positioning). Then I finally learned how carve well while comfortably looking over both shoulders.
Just take your time with your progression
Im the same way, I found spinning unnatty 1's was easier at first , but the more I forced myself to look over the other shoulder while riding, the more comfortable I got
Op just try looking over the uncomfortable shoulder more when skiing switch. That should help you get more used to it. Try to spin your comfortable side

wait a minute.... I thought I was gay prink
and btw I have the same issue and I will probably be learning to look over my other shoulder
I say learn to look over the other shoulder anyway cause eventually you're gonna be wanting to spin both ways switch. It's basically never a good idea to blender.
